Yeah it's true. I honestly hate seeing a number put in front of a game. I like what some websites do now the "Buy" or "Don't buy" or "Like" and "Dislike".It's amazing what the recent trend of ordering review scores from lowest to highest in those threads does for the perception of the userbase. Almost frightening in its effect.
Reviewers should tell me about the game, how it plays, what the premise is about, and whether they recommend that I buy it or not. Putting a number in front of a game means nothing, I like more games that get average scores than the ones that get 9s or 90s.
