Y'know, if Miku was in Native-Res, I wouldn't be able to resist buying it. When's that Miku 2 come out? It's not that it's not fun, it's that the entire game will look like it does in the demo, and it's not like the visuals aren't most of the game. And they've already doubled down on that no discounting thing. So that's rough. I'll just use my money to pre-order Transistor instead =\

My brother and my friend (both new PS+ subscribers) downloaded the original Soul Sacrifice for free on the PSN today. I checked earlier and it was, in fact, there. I thought the game wasn't on the IGC anymore...What is going on? What am I missing?

I was surprised by that a few days ago myself. Turns out Sony brought back SS to IGC for a week (until Tuesday update I guess) in order to increase the potential market reach of Delta.
I notice this as well when using the vita browser. I used it recently to get new wallpapers for my vita, so I would load up the wallpaper thread on gaf and save images from there. Every so often when I would click a link, the blue bar across the address bar would fill one small tick, the browser would act like it was loading, but the page wouldn't change for like 10 seconds, as if the Vita lost the internet connection. But internet would show 2/3 or full bars, and every other device works fine and never does this, and I'm sitting literally 10 feet from my router. Don't know why it does this, but it basically makes it a non option for browsing for me. Call me impatient, but hanging for 10-15 seconds every 5-10 links is not worth the better screen size vs my phone or tablet browser.

VitaGAF doesn't exist anymore. We had a great run, though. Most of the members that were around a long time don't really post anymore in these threads, including me. I still love the Vita, but this place used to feel more cohesive and happy of a community awhile back. I guess you'll still occasionally see some older members pop in and out, like you, me, Takao, ZeroAKA, heckmanimation, etc, so that's cool.

They were too emotional about the merger. Nothing would've changed if they hadn't overreacted and stop posting here. It would've just been VitaGAF with a new name, because I haven't seen much talk about the other systems here.
Yeah, I didn't take it quite as badly as some other members, but it did just feel kind of different to me after the move. Still cool people here, of course. Just different.

Well, the VitaGAF really was, back then, a close-knit community, and there's really a sense of maintaining and building upon it by the regular members that posted there. So it's pretty much understandable that they're upset about "their children" getting pulled right from underneath them so nonchalantly like that and they didn't have the power or the voice to say anything about it.
I mean, I wasn't really part of the regular VitaGAF (so much so that VanWinkle didn't mention me in his reply to wiiflare above, *hic*, hahahaha), but even I could feel VitaGAF's sense of community and togetherness.
I couldn't remember whether I knew you from VitaGAF or just as a member of GAF back before you were posting on here a lot. Sorry bout that, lol.

It's creeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepppppy. Recommending that you play it with a FAQ/Walkthrough though. Often the way forward to non-game over land in CP is so obscure and since often you must view various scenes again over and over again.... it will aggravate quickly.
But for creepiness, it's superb.

I still don't understand what the benefit of the merger was. We still mostly talk about Vita here only a lot and its a bit more diluted now because of all the other topics. Weekly PS Store Update thread got screwed over with the merger as well. Weekly Updates/Drops tend to just get buried in this thread >__>

I guess there really were other mergers. It does show that the idea of mergers weren't exactly that good and at the same time it shows how much effort and love the Vita community had because It's still alive and kicking. <3

Yes. It's creepy as fuck and amazing. I actually don't recommend a walkthrough since most of them spoil game things and make the scares and creepiness much less effective. Buy them both. Make sure we get Blood Drive.
