Yes.
I guess I'll play Demon's Souls again unless it has the same trophies as the physical version.

TBH I'm more excited for EU Plus' givings than US'.
Demon's Souls is great but not for me sad to say, but hey I might give it another try as a long range mage or royal.
GIMME A SALE ON VLR, GRACE CHEN!

Hoping EU gets Spec Ops The Line soon, was one game I had been hearing good things about only weeks before that dropped. Nearly picked it up second hand but with it appearing on PS+ I decided to wait.

Not sure on Okami this month, heard a lot of good things about it, but also heard it can drag on. Plus my Move controllers are in another castle.

What's the best way to get PS Plus without it asking for a CC? Using codes it will, Amazon codes? What about adding credit and then buying?

Buy US PSN cash codes from Amazon (eg $50), add credit to your account then buy it is the best option in this case. Grab PSN codes from amazon, redeem then get Plus.

So Europe wins this month too, uh?

I mean I Don't have enough words to praise Demon's Souls but, Is there anyone with a PS3 an a minimum of taste that haven't play it already?

A minority I guess.

Great deals all round, think I'd prefer Zombie Tycoon over Thomas Was Alone, but then I guess I'm more likely to buy the former than take a chance on the latter. But then I probably won't buy it anyway in case it's on Plus next month. Curse you Sony!

It refuses to accept my card. :(

My brother lives in UK and has bought me US PSN codes with his card from amazon, which I couldn't use to redeem US PSN Plus code with on my US account.
Try using a US billing address when buying, like Google California's billing address.

So that got it to work for you? I can buy the codes fine from Amazon but the PSN refuses to accept the card. You think it's an address problem?

Hmm I take it your problem is simply that you can redeem US cash PSN codes on your account fine, but are unable to redeem a Plus code because PSN doesn't accept your CC right?
Basically US PSN won't accept a non US-Credit Card, regardless of what ur billing address for your account is.

I live in Oman and use a fake US billing address on Amazon to purchase PSN card and it works!

EDIT: Only PS plus trials require CC. Full subscription cards can be redeemed without CC.

Damn, that's unfortunate. Can US codes not be redeemed on a US account? first I've heard of it.

Really? I will give it a go then. Thank you!

Already have Demon's Souls and Malicious. Both are amazing for people who don't have them.

I've actually really, really wanted Broken Destiny for a long time so I'm excited about that. And the trailer for Labyrinth Legends looks pretty amazing honestly.

Zombie Tycoon 2 ... never heard of it. The trailer looks rough too. We'll see.

Oh so not the Plus code right away? I was about to do that, I guess not then. But why not?

Sorry if my previous reply was not very informative. This is how you should do it if your CC isn't accepted by your US PSN account:
1- Buy US PSN cash codes from Amazon.com
2- Redeem cash code on your account
3- Buy Plus

That's how I do it anyways~

U never know :p
I did it this way due to 10$ for 50 promotion was on. And I got a bit terrified due to CC issues. Guess Its a case of paranoia!

Alright, thanks a lot guys. I will give it a go now and report back!

Edit: Worked, thanks again. :)

Awesome hope u enjoy the offerings of US Plus, or at least the discounts they offer XP.
Consider getting some of the games in the THQ sale as they'll be removed in some weeks from now and the sale ends today as well.

You know what would be really cool?

If they allowed PS+ subscribers to 'gift' a subsciption game to another PS+ member in a different region. The gamer that recevies the game can play it so long as they have an active sub. The person that gifted it cannot play it at all.

I wonder how more useful the service would then be for some.

I'm curious what effect the Plussing of the game will have on the server populations, actually. That might be a benefit for everyone...

If I renew my plus at the end of the year I will have to scrap whatever US games I have left over and just start a EU account. Complete pain in the ass but when it is so much better I already feel stupid having a US account.

I wonder how much free stuff is worth in each store after a year. Would be nice to compare. I'm sure EU gets a lot of more free stuff in term of $ than US.

I think I'll subscribe to EU store soon and might just let my US expire too

I'm happy for you plussers that will be experiencing Demon's Souls for the first time. This isn't the greatest update for me, but I can't deny that there's some quality there.

Well, anything that gets more people to play Demon's Souls is a plus in my book. It's a shame that DLC never came to fruition, I'm sure they would have made a killing off all the people getting the game for free on Plus (but mostly because I want more Demon's Souls). I have no idea what the other two PS3 games are, hopefully they're interesting.

Problem is it doesn't translate like that.

Retail 1-2 year old games might technically be worth 10-20$ but when a RETAIL game is that old, the vast majority of people who give a shit have already gotten it for 5-10$/rental etc.

Well, here an old game never goes below 30/40 US Dollars. And there's no rental.

Plus is an amazing service for us Latin Americans.

Just kind of occurred to me how silly it is that Sony initially funded Demon's Souls, then Atlus paid to publish it in NA, now Sony pays Atlus to put it on PS+.

US playstation plus members will be getting one free Epix movie a week starting this week when the app goes live on psn. The service is basically a premium movie service like Netflix but with a more up to date catalogue

Another horrible month for PS+ in the US. I am glad got my extension for basically 30 dollars. Really another fighting game for the psp/vita. While EU gets a big time retail game the US gets mini. Good news don't have to worry about the hard drive filling up on my PS3 or my 16 gig card filling up on the vita.

What? Not sure if serious?

Interesting. I've wanted a PS-Plus-for-movies/tv-shows for a while now. Curious to see what this is.

After yesterday gave me a rather bitter taste in my mouth, I've subscribed to Plus EU! I highly recommend subscribing to both, Plussers! For $9 a month, you get 104 games with the occasional repeat.

So EU vs US :

Okami HD > Demon Souls.
Sleeping Dogs > Spec Ops
Mass Effect 3 > Lord of the Ring thingie
Dead or Alive 5 > ????????

MGS HD + Zero Escape > 2 old PSP games ...

Why do we always get the bad deals on PS+? :(

Spec ops is the more memorable game than Sleeping Dogs.

That's interesting. I very rarely ever watch movies, so one a week is more than enough, but that's pretty convenient if there is something I want to see. Any idea if you need to sign up or enter CC information to get access to it?

Debatable. Spec ops was an incredibly mediocre third person shooter.

Psst, I don't think that's the part that was memorable.
