Awww...what a letdown

Awww...what a letdownAlso they have another mistake, they mention Nights being a Vita game. If only that were true...
Sega's Mike Kebby also confirmed JSR isn't out today![]()
Other titles releasing this week include PSOne Import Tomba!, along with more Sega goodness Nights intro Dreams now for Vita.

TOMBA ON EU STORE![]()
Is Tomba! not on the EU Vita store?
Anyone notice any new content on sale/discount price this week and was not mentioned in the blog?
Nope, can't be downloaded through your download list either. Haven't tried to transfer it from the PS3 yet.
There is an "Autumn Sale" on the store, but nothing significant in it as far as I remember.
Have you bought it yet? Check what resolution it displays at on PS3.
Oh god let Tomba be Vita compatible.
Please.
Someone reported Tomba! is 50 Hz. Once again we get a version that is even worse than original PAL release.
Original PAL release was 50 Hz but at least cutscenes and music ran at the correct speed, and some, not sure if it's the case, had further tweaks that compensated the lost frames by making the game run faster, giving it a experience that was as close as posible to the NTSC version. Also iirc PAL release was translated. And another thing that I don't like about those releases is that we don't get the original manual, but that is really minor.
I can't understand how can they release the game like this...
What? It is translated. It's in English. It's a US Import.
There are other languages in the world besides English. The PAL release of Tombi! had some of those.
Actauly, I couldn't find Tomba in the PSX section so maybe it got taken down once someone realised they released a NSTC game at 50htz?
I really wish they could assign this dynamically based on the display, or at least allow people to choose. Ridiculous. :-(Actauly, I couldn't find Tomba in the PSX section so maybe it got taken down once someone realised they released a NSTC game at 50htz?
Course, I'm DLing Klona right now so I could have egg on my face in about 15 minutes (to say nothing of the small eternites I'll be waiting for SA2 and NiGHTS)
Edit: yep, Klona's running on a 50htz emulator, that makes no damn sense. Even Nintendo runs imported roms though a 60htz emulator.
Just seemed to run like all other PS1 games on PS3. 50HZ. No idea what the resolution is. Looked good, though.
OMG whhen is Dracula X Chronicles gonna go on sale???!!! I want to buy this thing so bad but my inpulse PSP purchases start at $5 max $10. These games are old as hell, drop the damn prices already.
PS: Tekken 6 PSP (from 2009) or whatever it is, is still $40!!!!!!! WTF!!!!!
Oh hey, just noticed that the PSP Persona games and Trails in the Sky are on sale again if anyone's interested.
Sorry, I was tired and was thinking of something else so made the mistake, I meant the framerate.
Absolutely pathetic that SCEE continue to gimp games the way they have. I'll not be buying a single PS1 release from them anymore.
None of them have videos (or demos, but I understand the cost), and it sucks. It's hard to judge something from some few screenshots. All of them have screenshots.
Sony done good.
Europe I'm guessing. I kinda feel like separate threads for region wouldn't be a bad idea.Wait what? Trails in the Sky is showing as $19.99 for me.

Oops, Europe, sorry! All the Tomba 50hz chat made me forget this wasn't just an SCEE thread.
I don't believe Namco Bandai has ever dropped the prices on their PSN releases. If they publish a game on PSN, and you want it you might as well buy it day 1 to get the most value from your money.
