The shot of it being on a TV (In the PS blog post, and in a previously released screenshot) is only because Dev units have a TV feed. Just a bit confusing!

Look for tiny white triangle pointing up on the far right side. It's pointing up to a white-on-black one.

Right above that, like a mirror image in black-on-white. The last two are connected, sharing a boundary, but opposite tones. Very clever.

Pretty cool.
It's worth remembering that SCEA's 10% policy is far from universal. People seem to keep making this assumption, but we do see companies not discount at all (Konami and NISA spring to mind), while Aksys always takes $5 off the digital version regardless of the original price.
So this is what happens every time an update is late.
