$39.99 but currently it's going up and down in the search and I've bought it but the extra content isn't bundled with it. So I suggest you WAIT until the store is fully up before buying. Because if they don't give me my extra shit Sony and I are going to rumble.

It's Sony's fault because it's common practice to give all the extra shit you get in retailer pre-order stuff with digital downloads for the first week. I went the digital route expecting the DLC and outfits for free with my purchase. If I'm not getting that, I want my $40 back and I'll just go retail for that game to get the extra stuff because fuck it.
That makes it Capcom's fault, not Sony's. If the publisher won't let them do it, they can't do it :S
I dont think you get your money back based on "common practices".

I got FFT for my birthday when I was 11. I absolutely hated it at first, I thought it was way too hard. I struggled through every battle restarting quite a bit.
Then I realized on the 5th or 6th battle that I could place more units then just Ramza... It quickly became one of my favorite games of all time after that lol.
Did they ever say PSN was included? If not then it's most definitely not false advertisement.
He's saving them money by buying digitally, so it should be implied. Dick move but it's Crapcom so anything is possible.

Yup, i agree it SHOULD work that way, but if they never came out and said it would work that way, it's silly to assume it.
We'll find out after the download finishes and I boot it up. The gem packs are free. DLC character swaps aren't. I don't see the DLC character pack that the PS3 unlock key needed so either 1) it's included in the game (and not told in the download shop description, which is really poor form for something that is locked on PS3) or 2) it isn't and I'm going to Hulk Smash some shit.

In Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, I had an archer or assassin or something with the ability Return Fire, which catches arrows and throws them back at the person who fired them.
An assassin (I think it was an assassin or possibly a hunter) was standing at the edge of a cliff. He/she was the last enemy standing.
He fired an arrow at me and I caught it, threw it back and got a critical, which knocked him back one space, sending him flying over the cliff and to his death.
It was frigging awesome. I wish I had been filming it.
I have a long story, but it's kind of a short one...
I was obsessed with FFT. Rainy days on the plains, reed flutes, shaking a fist at Deleta for how cruel he was becomming... so much so, I went through quite a lot of extra grinding, and probably had my first 97 hour RPG file.
I had tried the deep dungeon in the game, and been freaked out by how strong all the enemies were... all those skills, all that training, and they still had me on edge!
So, eventually, I decided to take on the last boss. I was dug into my chain, ready for a battle like no other....
So Ramza, With Squire Class, Dual Weilding of strong swords, and a stock load of skills, approaches the boss, takes his slashes... And the guy basically just DIED, almost instantly. "Hewaaaaahhh!" went the enemey death sound...
... Didn't think it was possible! I think it left a solid impression of what power-leveling can do to a game, for me. I've never been so relieved and so disappointed before in an SRPG... I don't even know how the dude attacks, even now!

Huh, so Tokyo Jungle had a bundle for all the DLC characters today. I'm glad I held off on purchasing the others for so long.

BTW, did the vintage collection game that came out today start the origin of the "get" saying on GAF? I never knew where that came from put I played a little bit of the game and my character picked up a coin and it said something like "get $10" not got. I just thought it was funny, and even if it's not where you guys got the phrase, it made me think of you guys and smile.

I added the costume to my cart and checked out and it gave me the Vita equivalent as well, but the Vita hat looks to be pink while the PS3 one is blue. Also the blue one doesn't show up in my recent download history, just the pink vita one.
What exactly is the U Play passport? I thought the U Play stuff for other games I have was an okay extra, but I'd never consider paying for it.
It is their name for the Online Pass.

It's SCEE, so who the fuck knows. I wouldn't be surprised if they slip it in next week and claim that it still counts as October, even though it'll be November in Aus/NZ. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if it disappeared like a myriad of other games we're still waiting for.
