:lol You crack me up.

No more then person that just got done listing Multiple Sclerosis symptoms and you tell him his writing composition is bad? I was once 14 years old too but I dont remember telling the deaf guy that he needs to work on his listening skills. :D

Slightly schizoid

almost always chooses solitary activities

lack of close friends other than first degree relatives

appears indifferent to praise or criticism of others

shows emotional coldness, detachment

I dont demostrate all the characteristics just a few

Though I wouldn't call it a disability, I have chronic hives. If I don't take a 180mg allegra every day, they become unbearable. Thankfully the medicine works so well, I forget I have them 95% of the time.

ADD
Allergies

Your diet helps these a lot.

I've completely gotten rid of my allergies, with the exception of my home town. Allergies are terrible there for some reason. Anywhere else I'm absolutely clear. I wasn't clear until I changed my diet however.

ADD is a bitch, but after I've changed my diet I've eliminated it. Unfortunately I haven't gotten rid of my addiction to Ritalin. A couple months ago I completely got rid of my need for it. It felt great. My emotions weren't suppressed or anything. My head was clear -- after it wears off you have sort of a crash in the evening; I liked not having those. You also sleep so much easier.

But, during summer classes I was working like mad and I had the option of drinking absurd amounts of coffee or taking a small magic pill that would be far more effective. I don't need them, but you get really efficient after taking it, especially the first week or so before you adjust. My parents insist that I keep getting the prescription, that's why I still had the pills. I'll probably wait until I graduate until I get off them.

If anyone's interested in the diet I used to get over it, just ask.

All these conditions make me anxious for my two newborns.

New evidence is showing many of the listed disabilities are caused by a deficiency of DHA omega 3 fats during pregnancy and early childhood. So you can do something about it.

Wait so you're not using use Ritalin for ADD - just your addiction to the drug itself? I'm curious about that diet now.

:lol I have no idea what that means exactly, but I'm not 14. That part I could figure out.

Are you insinuating that MS causes verb damage?

I'm just messing with you, in case you weren't sure. You ripped on me in that Tales thread. Back atcha!

Yeah, I use it like coffe now. I don't need it for ADD, but it is a really powerful stimulant. Much better than coffee without the mess.

The problem is after about a few days using it the effects of stimulation goes down and you begin to need it to have normal energy levels.

Ritalin withdrawal isn't fun. The first couple days are terrible. You're so sluggish you can't do the simpliest tasks. I wouldn't recommend driving much. You sleep a lot more and still wake up tired. You can get kind of moody.

My diet is basically whole foods and a couple of supplements.

My supplements are very high quality general supplement and fish oil.

Fish oil contains the omega 3 fat DHA, which has been linked with brain health several times. This is a fat source that our bodies cannot produce. It needs it in raw form. This is the stuff that's in human breast milk if the mother has enough in her diet. This is why breast feeding is important. Studies are coming out suggesting the lack of it causes all of these brain disorders in the past few decades (ADD, allergies, depression, etc).

You may wonder why this wasn't a problem in the past. That's because in the past livestock was allowed to roam around freely and eat their natural food sources. Now they sit around in confinement and are forced to eat grains. Doing this alters the fat content of the animals from omega 3 to saturated (more heart disease...).

So in the past people would get it from beef and chicken and other common foods. Nowadays it's only found in stuff like walnuts, wild fish, and various seeds. Not in your typical diet is it?

Here are my supplements. If anyone knows of better supplements, I'd like to know.

What's special about their fish oil is that it's caught in pratically unpolluted waters near New Zealand.

This company also makes supplements specifically for stuff like ADD, allergies, and depression called the Neurological formula. As a college student, I can't really afford it comfortably, but I've found that my current diet and supplementation works well enough.

As for my diet, here's some of it:
Arnold whole grain 12 grain bread
peanut butter
cheerios
baked chicken
lean beef
whey protein (for weight lifting)
strawberries
bananas
blueberries
grapes
yogurt
pistachios
peanuts
caschews
almonds
walnuts
spinach
broccoli
bell peppers
various onions
sweet potatoes
milk
green tea
water

etc. I will eat pizza and stuff occasionally. I'm not a saint.

This kind of diet also more or less prevents you from gaining body fat because the GI of each food is generally low. But it doesn't leave you hungry at all.

I have cerebral palsy that affects the way I walk. My left foot does not walk normaly (toes on the floor land first instead of the heel) and because of that I limp when I walk. I have to wear a brace. Also my big toe is slanted towrds the left, not straight. Right leg/foot is okay. Because of my condition, I have terrible balance. Any small push makes me move. It sucks. Kids have pushed me to the floor even tho they didn't mean to. I get all fucking emotiomal because I think I'm weak.

Ulcerative Colitis
IBS
Some social anxiety most likely caused by having such a horrid bowel problem and being put on steroids *not the roids used in baseball :P * for it early on,that drug messed with my head and I dont think I have ever been the same.
Skinny and have problems gaining weight cause of my Ulcerative Colitis.
Major teeth issues caused by the steroids stripping calcium off my teeth to protect them from decay, had to cap every tooth in my mouth, except my wisdom teeth which have been pulled. My teeth are worth $40,000 + :o :( and look better than they did before, its been hell, but they atleast look better :P

I have very severe asthma, have nearly died on many occasions. I was on about 3-5 steroids for my lungs and airways, down to just 2 right now.

I also have really bad athletes foot in my right foot that won't go away.

bi-polar disorder
depression
nearsightedness
some blood disorder I forgot the name, its bad though
thats about it I think
