If Niantic offers a service exactly like Pokeadvisor that requires a small fee I'd definitely pay for it.
I think thats the plan , why else would they take down those sites (I know it causes server issues)

So with all the talk about 'bots' and gps spoofing and possible bans coming for that, is it possible that you could be caught in that crossfire if for example you have someone in a different location log into your account on their phone to catch a pokemon for you?
I found a 97.8% Magikarp. Should I evolve that sucker or wait for one with better IV?
This game doesn't take itself seriously as far as the competitive aspect go. The fact that the moves are pre-determined and can even change after evolving makes it a joke. I have no idea why the hell they put this pseudo-IV system in. I feel like they don't really know what to do exactly with it exactly.
There are IVs in the game? Lol wtf?
How do you even determine how strong they are besides the CP?
I'm going to get some more pidgeys, and do a mass evolve. Hopefully I'll get a good moveset. Will report back later.I evolved a 95% Magikarp with the best Move set and was happy with the result. I say keep it and use it. Hopefully you get a good move set.
Thanks for the info. This is really helpful. The difference between a 100% IV and a 90% IV Pokemon is that the 100% Pokemon inflicts, on average, 2.17% more damage in battle before fainting (slightly more for the top tier Pokemon).
The difference between a 97.8% and 100% IV Pokemon is even more marginal than that.

Hey we're not all bad!some level 36 asshole (of course he's on Mystic!) is occupying the two gyms near my house :|
its part of the system to get you to spend more money you want to try and get the perfect pokemon but they are randomized stat wise so you gotta keep farming for perfect pokemon if you could get what you wanted easily you would spend less money trying to catch the thing you wanted they want you to constantly catch stuff so you have to get more pokeballs
The thing is, I never run out of Pokéballs. There is absolutely nothing that I ''need'' to spend money on. Near my workplace, there are dozens of stops and lures.
I just want to know where to get specific Pokémons, but they don't even give me an option.
Same here. The variety of Pokemon around my office is much greater than before the update.Has it been confirmed that the spawn rates have changed? Because I'm definitely finding a greater variety of Pokemon over the past few days, even in places that I'm at regularly (still fuck eggs tho)

I don't have to worry about pokeballs anymore sessnetially, esp as I'm running around the trails a lot with all those pokestops. But I'm still spending money for Incubators & Incense (Been really good for me). Did upgrade my bag to 500 too, which is great.
I've also seen more variety of Pokemon around recently too. Caught a Nidoran in my neighborhood this morning. A Bellsprout & Squirtle were there too when I woke up, but was never going to make it in time since just got up and needed to get ready for work.

Do you use your Incense when you are at work/home or do you use it while moving? I barely get 3-4 Pokémons with it here at work. If I was actually going after them, I would get at least 10 during the same time.
Im curious what do you tend to get from incense that you don't normally get? Im wondering if I should try one later today or not.
I only tried one but it was just pidgeys and rattatas
you get 1 every minute while moving and 1 every 5 minutes while sitting still
like everything else in this game its a roll of a dice you could get all commons in your area only or you could get a dragonite
where as ive have spent over $200 there arnt enough stops near me so i constantly have to buy more balls incubators and lures and incense so it dose pay off for them
Lol at if they ban anyone that used Poke Advisor. HOW DARE YOU! YOU LOOKED AT POKEMON STATS!!!
DEAR GOD
I always thought IVs were stupid in the mainline games, as there are enough differentiators already (nature, EVs, held item, moveset, ability), whereas they make sense in Go since you don't have as many variables, but I don't get why they need to be invisible to the players, in fact it'd be a great way to introduce newcomers to IVs, so that they become familiar with the concept once they come across it in the mainline games should they move there from Go.Lol at if they ban anyone that used Poke Advisor. I've run out of Pokeballs a few times, but then when I go downtown or to a university campus I end up with a hundred of them.
2 of the $99 packs and more $10 and $20s then i can remember so most likely closer to $300 or slightly over i feel no shame
We could use more Fire pokemon down in Orlando. Please Niantic.
No Man's Sky is the first big release since Go came out, right? I wonder if it has any impact.
I'd say ekans was your worstToday was a great hatching day. Slowpoke was my worst egg, which says a lot. I got an Ekans, which gave me enough candy for my first Arbok. Got a Pikachu with double the power of the one I caught last night. And my two 10K's hatched my first Snorlax and Pinsir, both very strong. I am very satisfied, needless to say.

There was another tool called PokeAdvisor that determined the IVs exactly, but by the looks of it it has been shut down by Niantic.

Pokemon Go is ridiculous, stupid, a waste of time, and I can't stop playing it. Having two Poke stops at work doesn't help either lol.
