Pokémon Go |OT| As in "Go Outside"

Game Over

It's been like two days. How did this happen?

I was curious whether lucky eggs and lure modules could drop regularly or from Pokestops.

Also the gyms already have 3 trainers in them so it doesn't seem like I can add more.
You have to level it up. You can have up to 10 trainers on a gym. If you go with friends you can level a gym faster

Seeing stuff like this makes me incredibly discouraged. People living in a city have such an advantage it's insane. It'd be fine if there was a balance like city dwellers get a ton of items but Pokemon are rare and country folk have a ton of Pokemon but items are rare, but that's not the case.

It really sucks. :(

This is happening to the same generation of people who's headmasters / principals banned pokémon while they were at school.

No doubt when we are old the young will try to demand the elderly cannot be trusted with the real life pokémon I'm sure we'll have created by then.

lol

Wish cities couldn't get grass and other types similar so easily. Like they get a lot more poison types and normal types.

Jesus Christ

I wish it was like that near me :(

They'll take my Mewtwo from my cold dead hands.

After two days I've only visited 12 pokestops total and I've gone over 10km. I really need to take a trip into the city.

I live on 80 acres of woods and have a better chance catching a real deer over a Pokemon. The only time I have saw a Pokemon is when using incense. I used both of those and now don't have anything within thirty minutes to get items.

Servers still dead? I've been patiently waiting with my PTC account, started at launch, and I don't want to start over with a new name. Plus I caught some cool Pokémon.

Crossing my fingers it'll be fine the next few hours...

Edit: looks like they're still down. But...I'm not getting the endless white poke ball of death anymore. Just boots me back to the login. So maybe progress is being made?

My experience with the game so far. I could walk in any direction and get nothing. It's absolutely ridiculous how worthless this game is for people outside cities, considering Pokemon should exist in the wild and all.

And for the record, yes, the Pokestops and Gyms are the same as those in Ingress (https://www.ingress.com/intel). Gyms are typically the more popular spots. So you can go to that link and if you have an Ingress account (free to make), you can check around you.

Yes and no. Every location in Pokémon Go correlates to an Ingress portal, but not every Ingress portal exists within Pokémon Go. For example, a cluster of three portals exists near my office, but only one PokéStop.

Be mindful of using the Ingress Intel map for Pokémon Go for this reason.

You think you're gonna become a Master Trainer by staying in your starter town?
