Rove is the kind of person that results from a gay father that suppressed his gayness and a mother that committed suicide.

I'm not joking. The guy is a Freudian nightmare.

I read his Vanity Fair Proust Questionnaire a couple of days ago and it creeped me out.

except it kinda diminishes her promise of reform, being the shining beacon out of the very corrupt state of Alaska. It really dampens her credentials, that and hiring her close friends for high paying government positions that they otherwise wouldn't have gotten.

You think people will remember that shit in 2012???

The cockyness needs to stop, for real.
Oh, don't worry, I'm not completely cocky. :lol

I am, for the first time actually, nervous as HELL. It's like anything else that you have to prepare for because when it actually comes time to do it this nervous feeling kicks in. It could be talking to a girl you've liked for some time or getting on the road with traffic for the first time after practicing in parking lots and backstreets.

Trust me, I'm nervous as FUCK. :lol

But, like I said, I didn't have any of these feeling before. They just kicked in. Very strange.

Holy crap. I had no idea.

edit: now I feel pretty bad for the dude :/ He's still a legendary douche, though.
Apparently he real biological father left him and he was raised by the person who he thought was his father, but that guy was gay.

It's weird . . . perhaps he hates all mankind because he biological father left him? Who knows . . . he clearly lacks some fundamental ethics.

It's OKAY to be confident, people. Just don't be so confident that you decide to let other voters pick up the slack of YOUR absence at the polling booth. :D

Reading Sean's last post about Georgia rolls off like poetry. I think they should make a book that compiles posts from FiveThirtyEight.

Nah, he's just a really, really smart campaign strategist who knows how to win elections at any cost.

Sarah Palin essentially clearing herself of Troopergate was the McCain campaigns last desperate grasp before the election? Too bad nobody gave a shit about Troopergate to begin with. What a terrible, terrible campaign, heads are going to roll starting Nov. 5th.

Just adding my voice to those wishing you all the best for tomorrow from the UK.

I will be staying up to a ridiculous hour watching the results come in. Apologies in advance for any Hopium fuelled incoherence from me tomorrow night!

Remember everyone, if NC doesn't go blue, I'll make angry posts on a certain internet forum.

Grrrrrrr

And remember kiddies, we can all blame Dax for not voting.

Well she was 86 that's a damn good run, RIP and unfortunate it happened before he got elected.

I'm feeling pretty good right now for the first time during this whole election, I remember just a few months ago I voted for him on super tuesday without much hope that he would beat Hillary.

Missouri governor explaining what he thinks are Obama's socialist policies on hardball right now. Doesn't apear to have any clue. Oh well.

Sound bet.
I'd say that Florida is more likely to go blue than Ohio, but they're both fairly unlikely.

Why is Matthews letting this Senator spew so much bullshit about Obama being a socialist and wanting the supreme court to redistribute wealth. Matthews knows better

I'm not sure people will remember Palin in 2012. America hates a loser.

If they do, I'm sure there will be someone out there willing to remind people about her foibles.

Guys, my polls open at 7 AM, what time should I show up to get in line? It's a local middle school in the middle of a suburb.

Actually, Americans only hate Democratic losers. They love their GOP losers til the bitter end for some reason.

McCain did get the nomination this year.

Plus she wont look as good either.

My polls in Gwinnett Georgia open at 7am and I plan on getting there by 6:15am.

Whats so genius about starting lies, spreading fear and suppressing votes?
It's a really, really good strategy for winning elections. Which is what his job has been to do. As I said: genius.

Aw man, I was wondering why people were talking about Obama's grandma at school :(

On a different note...

My girlfriend is still undecided. So she asked for some non-partisan voting guides. Any suggestions/help? Anything decidedly partisan will only make her ignore it.

Frontline (PBS) seems to be decent...but what else?

Wow, his grandma died today? The day before the election? Bummer. What a rollercoaster ride this week must be for Obama.

PoliGAF, it's weird.

I'm here in England for the year, surrounded by English people who only slightly care about the election and Americans are for McCain.

And it's like

For once in my adult life, my home country seems to be agreeing with me politically and I'm not there.

I'm starting to wonder if America would be a better place without me in it because at least Obama's getting elected.

Wedge, my man, why don't you have a seat over here? We need to have a talk.

It's about your girlfriend, and it's not good news.
