I only recently tried the spicy tenders after years of doing the regular with buffalo dipping sauce.
What is best sauce for the spicy tenders? I did BBQ last night and it was good. For some reason I'm tempted to try spicy + buffalo

Every time people talk about Popeyes on NeoGAF i get jealous af that its not in the UK, but fortunately next week I'm going to the US and will make sure to get some.
Honestly, GAF has managed to raise my expectations higher than on any game, I'm fully HYPED. Will prob get this box given how excited everyone is getting over it

But it's also only $5. I think 20 piece McNuggets in the U.K. is 2-3x more expensive than in the US. The portion for price on this deal should excite anyone

Tbh, the standard of fried chicken in the UK is so low that pretty much anything over there will be good by comparison lol - you guys all shit over KFC but last time I had it over there (admittedly like 15 years ago) it was way better than what we have in the UK

Get the F outta here with that nonsense. I went to school in WV and had to get my fried chicken fix from KFC for like a half year before I decided screw it I'm making my own
Edit: you can put the Popeyes biscuits in the microwave for about five to seven seconds and they're nice and soft again after a night in the fridge. Little honey and butter and you're set

I just got this... first time I've ever had Popeyes.
What the fuck... I got tenders and that's gotta be some of the worst chicken tenders I've ever had. I don't know if it was just these they gave me but holy shit I was not prepared for how bad they were. It's like they beat the shit out of some chicken and then cut very thin slices from them and breaded them. So little meat it was crazy. I also looked up the sauces before hand they didn't have sweet heat which I was looking forward to. And the biscuit was disappointing to.
I'd like to think that those tenders were a fluke because jesus they were terrible. I should have taken a picture to show how little meat was in there to compare to others.

Yeah I'm flying out tomorrow. Threads like these always confuse me though as nobody ever agrees on what is best to order.
I also find ordering from chicken places far more stressful than anywhere else, as the staff expect you to know the sides etc off by heart and you literally have seconds to decide on them, otherwise they start getting pissed.
GAF - help me out. What do I order in this deal?

Yesterday I was able to eat at Popeye's for the first time in over a year. Haven't been able to eat their chicken tenders since the location near my old house gave me food poisoning twice. My body would just reject them.
Wanted to cry when I was able to finish my $5 Big Box.
Hope they bring back the Waffletenders one day. The breading and the sauce on those were lit.
