What d'you use to get that 8-bit sound? I've always used Reason + the scream 4 distortion module, set to digital distortion you can take down the bit rate, which is awesome for making any sound have that 8-bit feel but I kinda want an easier way to just get those stock NES sounds.

I'm bidding on a Nanoloop, but those things are like golddust. I've heard there are some things you can do with fruity loops too?
