Really want to see what Pro looks and runs like.
Wasn't this channel outed as being fake?
These threads always derail with fanboys saying how shit games look on SW2 when they even better than we expect, lol.
I tried the demo on my PS5 Pro and SW2 and will be getting the SW2 version because of portability. I won't be detailing the girls hair for 20hrs![]()
not at all i would simply watch a video of my platform with the game i want to see how it performs, not stupid comparisons from complete diefferent devices. there is absolutely nothing to gain from that. How would you compare them then?
The answer is easy……"my plastic box is better than your plastic box" that's all it comes down to.If it looks better on Ps5 which obviously it does, why should i compare that to a switch 2 that i dont even own?
What you mean for great? I'm genuinely asking. From what I heard seems quite unstable and it's just a demo. Knowing capcom I'm bit pessimistic to average 60 fps on switch 2. I have in mind the last RE releasing.Game looks and run great on Switch 2, impressive stuff. But I play split joy cons and these morons mapped the gyro aiming to the left joycon, which makes it unplayable for me.
see aboveWhy do you think that?
who cares? do you own both? It's docked. It looks better in a lot of places over the Series S.
thats rather sad.because they are close enough to compare/trigger ppl
says volumes
i dont see such comparisons in german forums. Are you new in gaming forums?
*fake edit: Yes it's…

I agree that should be the reason. To know the differences between versions and what to expect from them.
if you are a child i understand but from what i gathered neogaf is more older gamers. but even if you gain nothing from it because your box is running it better. nothing. alos if it runs worse, nothing. just play the damn game if the game is good you wont care how it looks or even performs. nobody gave a fuck when we played crysis 1 with 25 fps with double gpu setups and over 1000 Watts, we were happy we could play at all at these insane graphics back then. people should think more rationally. The answer is easy……"my plastic box is better than your plastic box" that's all it comes down to.
I agree with you 100% but thats not gonna stop people on internet acting like a child…especially in GAF which more obsesses about graphics compare to other places.if you are a child i understand but from what i gathered neogaf is more older gamers. but even if you gain nothing from it because your box is running it better. nothing. alos if it runs worse, nothing. just play the damn game if the game is good you wont care how it looks or even performs. nobody gave a fuck when we played crysis 1 with 25 fps with double gpu setups and over 1000 Watts, we were happy we could play at all at these insane graphics back then. people should think more rationally.

So… You are entering a comparison thread to critique comparisons… If you want to have a long live in this forum, that's not the way… If you don't like this kind of topic, just skip this kind of thread, simple.if you are a child i understand but from what i gathered neogaf is more older gamers. but even if you gain nothing from it because your box is running it better. nothing. alos if it runs worse, nothing. just play the damn game if the game is good you wont care how it looks or even performs. nobody gave a fuck when we played crysis 1 with 25 fps with double gpu setups and over 1000 Watts, we were happy we could play at all at these insane graphics back then. people should think more rationally.
oh no i have an own opinion. So… You are entering a comparison thread to critique comparisons… If you want to have a long live in this forum, that's not the way… If you don't like this kind of topic, just skip this kind of thread, simple.
Entering a thread which the topic is a comparison to critique the topic is trolling…o
oh no i have an own opinion.
But it's a pointless comparison. The fact is Switch 2 is weaker system among other gaming systems like PS5 or PC so there are going to be visual sacrifices.Entering a thread which the topic is a comparison to critique the topic is trolling…

But if someone buying games like Pragmata for Switch 2 then that someone should have realistic exceptions what hybrid system can offer.
If you are someone who's very picky about visuals and want best graphics possible then why would you ever pick Switch 2 version?
This is a factually incorrect belief, and I hope it dies already. The switch audience don't care about best graphics and performance.

I'm interested in these to see how far and quick technology advances, and the differences in the tech used in each system. It's also interesting to see how devs overcome limitations. But it's a pointless comparison.
If the Switch 2 can do what it's doing with that hardware, can you imagine what we lost out on with the PS5/XSX because they went with AMD?recap on the specs of SW2 vs SS...
where do you all think the differences are coming from?

I believe it is using PSSR. It looks like a typical REngine game to me. Maybe Capcom is getting good on PC since they have been giving more love to it for some time... only to butcher performance gains with DRM ffsI'm guessing the ps5 pro isn't using pssr? It looks grungie compared to pc.
Don't get me wrong I think it looks good it's just a considerable difference between pro and a good pc
I don't own either of them, I just have eyes. You seem to care, you're in a thread about the games comparisons between the consoles complaining about comparing them.who cares? do you own both?

I have a base PS5, Series S (Sold my X), an 4080 and a Switch 2, and i love this kind of threadswho cares? do you own both?
It's called a bad port. SF6 has the same resolution and worse textures then base ps4 on series s so capcom doesn't not care about series s. This has the same issues as SF6 just runs much better then switch 2 version. switch 2 actually looking better has only happened with capcom games, so this is not the norm.recap on the specs of SW2 vs SS...

I just asked questions nothing more, dont worry i wont anymore.I don't own either of them, I just have eyes. You seem to care, you're in a thread about the games comparisons between the consoles complaining about comparing them.

If it looks better on Ps5 which obviously it does, why should i compare that to a switch 2 that i dont even own? A handheld device that is heavily power limited by design. i personally just dont get it. but im just asking nothing more no bad blood or anything.![]()
That's the point. DF repeated pro console were useless but I don't envy anyone stuck on base console because games on performance mode have horrid IQ a lot of times entrapped with the shitty software upscaler. For me ps5 pro remain a benediction. These 2026 games are telling me one thing, PS5 is slowly starting to show its age due to lack of a proper upscaler and proper framegen tech to boost the baseline. This would not be even close with FSR4 implemented, the biggest test besides GTA6 will be Crimson Desert which imo will have the Rebirth blur and some lackluster frame performance.
Thats for the ''keep the next gen away till 2040'' crowd, Im thinking 2028 is the latest Sony can wait before unleashing the kraken
Its mainly only capcom. FF7 remake is much better then the switch 2 version and so is AC shadows. capcom made SF6 look better on base ps4 then series s how the heck does that happen? still despite slightly looking worse the game run much better on series s so its still the much better version to play. It's clear third-party devs are stopping caring about a dead platform.....
Switch 2 is more important to target than Xbox Series in 2026, no doubt about it
That doesn't mean Switch 2 has better specs than Series S
Switch 2 stays between PS4 and PS4 Pro and Series S is better than both
Despite this visual glitch in the PS5 Pro's ray tracing,
the Pro version is far superior.
The resolution and image quality are much higher... PS5 and Series X have a lot of jagged edges.

In addition, the PS5 Pro's performance is far superior to the Xbox and PS5.
PS5 Pro 60fps
Series X dropping to 40fps at various times.

I noticed in one of the screenshots Switch 2 was cleaner than PS5.PS5 and Series X have a lot of jagged edges.
This one.
Zoom in you will see the switch 2 and series s version have a artifacting and looks grainy compared to ps5.I noticed in one of the screenshots Switch 2 was cleaner than PS5.
This one.
PS5 Pro will have PSSR 2.0 when this releases in April, so it can only get better
