• Clair Obscure: Expedition 33 -> My GOTY
• Hollow Knight: Silksong -> It lived up to my expectations, though I prefer the original Hollow Knight overall
• Metroid Prime 4: Beyond -> It came out too late and too flawed
• Pokémon Legends: Z-A -> My expectations were sorely disappointed, especially after Arceus
• The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky Remake -> I still haven't had time to play it, but it looks very good from both the demo and the reviews

Last year I predicted
Expedition 33 (my goty), Silksong (runner up), Hades 2 (awesome), Doom Dark Ages (haven't played) and No Rest For the Wicked (still waiting for it to come out of Early Access).
So pretty good overall.

I'm less excited about 26 but I'll say:
- Nioh 3
- The Eternal Life of Goldman
- Threads of time (if it comes out in 2026)
- The Blood of Dawnwalker
-Ace Combat 8


I could also see games like Crimson Desert, Phantom Blade Zero, Onimusha, Saros and Tides of Annihilation making it into my top 5 if they are actually good and not all style with no substance.
