There are anti-Trump protests slated for Saturday in major Canadian markets.
Over 7,000 people are planning to march at Queen's Park in Toronto, for instance.
You know I really hope it's a continuous thing, that Trump is hounded by protesting his entire presidency. Him just getting protested at the start won't be nearly as effective. This is a man that will be going out of his way to make people miserable at the expense of the rich. People need to call it out when it happens.

Normally I would deride people for protesting a democratically elected official and say just get over it, move on and make sure to vote next time. But all the alleged Russian fuckery is extremely worrying to say the least.
Whether the newest leaks are true, either way they still meddled in another country's General Election through hacking, misinformation and propaganda attacks on a candidate they saw as a potentially threat. The fact that he is blatantly cozying up to Putin and Russia is frightening, as it shows that they simply got away with it. Influencing the election of the most powerful country in the world to elect a puppet is some next level shit and almost amounts to a declaration of war.
Policital Scienctists and Sociologists will be spending many sleepless nights pouring over this election in the years to come.
