No, it's the PS2 version. "The Conspiracy" was the subtitle for the PS2 port and this is a traditional PS2 'up-rendered' version of that game.

PS2, it's running on Sony's emulator.

So this means it's inferior in some ways (like some levels are divided into smaller bits), but it has a much more controller friendly UI.
