Is there a way to control what titles get saved on the cloud? I recall mine filling up fast with stuff I didn't care for so I turned it off.

Big thumbs up for the online storage increase and PNG screenshots. Here's to hoping, that we'll get 1080p video capture at some point as well, and hopefully this update fixes the issue I've had when changing discs.

Not really. A 3.00 update should have added things that people actually cared about. Not events and Twitter. 10 GB is a joke too.

The PS4 already contains a download list that's linked as an app and also can be launched from the store.

What a great update, almost everything people were asking for, besides... Friend notification!

Seriously I feel like there is a major issue there, like someone fucked up with the design of the OS really bad and they can't figure out how to fix it (like last gen with the PS3 chat), after all it is the most basic thing there is, the first thing you're supposed to add into your OS, I don't know if they will ever gonna add it at this point.

Still , a great update, really like the community idea' like Steam's groups.

Chat was a totally different issue; the ps3 had notoriously little resources for its OS, and Sony did not plan in advance for a feature rich OS -during- play. That's why the in-game XMB was always so minimal, and it created a lot of issues throughout the gen.

PS4 does not have those issues, and it's more likely a case of needing to first provide us a way to organize our friends before suddenly having people with hundreds of friends get endless notifications.

Im beginning to suspect this myself just like they can't implement name change they can't implement this simple feature too but if that's the case they.should outright say it although it would.be embarrassing it would shut the likes of me up

There's no chance it's due to an OS limitation. It's just a bigger 'issue' than simply turning them on, now that we can have so many friends. Since it's a bigger project, it's harder to get greenlit. Maybe we'll get it as a stealth feature alongside grouping... but we don't even know exactly what grouping is yet, do we? Hopefully i can make a 'Battlefield' type group w/ all my bf friends, and then just turn on notifications for them.

Here's a silly, completely useless change I would love to see. Make the PS4 light blue when on and white when starting up.

im not totally clear on how it decides on what to upload. i think it looks at failed uploads and retires that, and then goes forward and uploads new saves. i think there needs an option

but i never actually delete my local save files. but rather, if i'm running out of space i look at whats on the cloud and delete from there.

Cute, but really they should have offered PS1 and PS2 classics and a way to organize your library competitive with, well, any other console. Not social features. Game events is a good add, though only useful to like half of the userbase IIRC.
