PS4 Pro boxes getting prepped

Amazon sent mine 2-day delivery but UPS estimates it won't be delivered until 3 days (on Friday).

Can I ask for a refund or credit or something?

If you're a Prime member and you do not get it By the end of tomorrow, you can ask for compensation.
 
My Amazon order has been updated to Shipping today Arriving by 8pm tomorrow, so barring any shipping delays I should be good. I'm gonna swing by Best Buy tomorrow and pick up Skyrim SE and Dishonored 2 with the 40% off deal they are running. I am kinda ashamed to be an American today after the election but this should help.

Everytime that happens Amazon just tells me that wait one more day and if it doesn't arrive then they'll talk. But I only had a compensation once. I hope I get it by tomorrow since UPS says it will arrive on Friday and the package really hasn't changed at all since yesterday. Still on package was sent to carrier.
 
Mine is in the same fucking state. Come on UPS. GIVE IT TO ME

I don't own a single game with a pro patch
 
Still no ship yet from Amazon. If nothing happen by the time I'm done work at 10 I'll try and snag one at the mall. I did get a $10 coupon so I guess the hassle was worth it
 
Still trying to sell my old PS4 and a few other things to offset the cost. No takers yet. God dammit I want this tomorrow. My fiancé would kill me though.
 
Mine shipped yesterday and is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. I'm not getting my new TV until the end of the month though so I'm in no hurry. I'm almost anticipating the new controller more. Anyone know if the build's better?

They have "Release Date Guarantee" for prime members. I quoted a service rep earlier in the thread saying that if they fail to meet the guarantee you are entitled to some form of compensation. Just press the issue. You do need to wait until Friday morning for that to be earned on this one though.
 
Mine is on a delivery truck as we speak. It is scheduled to arrive between 5 pm - 9 pm. It's going to be 9 pm isn't it?
 
I ordered 7th of September too, just says it'll ship today, arrive tomorrow. So I'm guessing our packages will get sent late in the evening.
 
I don't know whether to do a backup tonight and restore to the Pro tomorrow or just do the direct connect between the 2 consoles and transfer. I'm thinking the direct transfer would be quicker but don't really know much about the transfer speeds?
 
I got a text message from amazon saying that mine was available for pickup at the UPS facility but (a) it hasn't even been delivered to the UPS facility in their tracking info and (b) when I contacted them I was told previously that I couldn't pick it up until the delivery date (11/10) even if it was at the facility earlier than that. So basically, amazon trolled me.
 
Just came back from the local gamestop where my pre order is.

The guy was very chill, didn't give me the Pro though, said he needs the money and doesn't wanna get fired so I didn't stress it to him :(

PS, FYI: Gamestop is having a Pro Day this saturday (12th) where they're giving an extra 10% off on all pre owned games (so its 20% off all pre owned games for Pro members) and will have other special deals on new(er) games like Mirrors Edge etc.

Preparing the backup tonight would be faster.
 
Mine is coming from Indiana apparently. That seems odd, especially because I'm 45 minutes from their fulfillment center in San Bernadino. Oh, well...

Hmm....I'll try that next time. I hope it doesn't come to that though. Tracking info on Amazon has been saying Item has been sent to carrier since 10 AM yesterday.

Who is the carrier? AMZL? UPS, USPS? If AMZL, their tracking updates are horrendous.
 
the wifi on the pro is terrible..can't find my wifi signal while its standing next to my ps4 that has no problem at all finding it

what the fuck sony
