Not really. I've had only one issue with them so far. Experiences vary. Get their number and call them if you're concerned.

My pro even went more silent right now. Seems like it was still installing the multiplayer, while playing single player, or something like that.
So to confirm again: Big improvement from launch ps4. No more loud hair dryer.

You should be fine. I've had multiple deliveries with Amazon Logistics and only had a problem once, and a delay one other single time. So, they've been pretty reliable.
I'd still prefer Royal Mail though...

Picking mine up in the morning along with Ratchet and clank. Been 3 hours since i sold my PS4 and im dying to play Battlefield 1...Soon be morning.

Just tested Ratchet and Clank on the pro. While being more clean on my 1080p screen, the improvement is not super huge.
But that's because of the newest patch, which added good anti aliasing, even on the normal ps4. Tested again without the patch, and the difference is pretty big.

Just got off of chat with Amazon UK. the first fella re-booked it for tomorrow but the system updated and still listed Friday so I went back online and the second chat person confirmed it would be Friday and said she was sorry.
I complained that I had booked the day off tomorrow and all she could say is that she could delay it further until I am in.
Been a Prime member for years but never again will I pre-order something I really want from them.
Worst thing is I have formatted my old PS4 so have fuck all to do tomorrow. Bastards.

Got the email and a text message saying it was available for pick up. The girl who helped me grabbed my pros, scanned them on her iPad and looked confused, which at that point I knew it was over. She called over a manager who took and look and said that it can't be sold until tomorrow, promptly pointing out the big orange "DO NOT SELL BEFORE 11/10" sticker.

Crap. I'm sorry!! I would get back on and make them give me credit for the hassle. I've been down that road a few times. They eventually give in when you ask questions like "What are you going to do to make this up to me?" Or "This is a major issue for me, what are you going to do to make it right other than say you're sorry!!"... followed by "Is that all my future business is worth?? A sorry?? Look at all the business I do with you. I think you can grant me some kind of compensation!!"

It's a pretty sleek looking machine, and super quiet compared to my OG PS4. Swapping apps seems faster as well. That's about as far as I got, because now I'm doing the PS4 transfer thing.

Yeah, I went with Shopto just because I knew they'd use DPD which is super reliable where I am. Plus they had a decent trade in offer for my old PS4, worked out pretty well really!
