PS4 Pro boxes getting prepped

Well if you're a reviewer you'll get one from Sony, even bloggers and youtubers get them for free. :/
Why would that be their problem? If anyone is actually a certified reviewer, they would be able to get one through proper channels.

Has anyone suggested just outright stealing one? I mean, yes, we're talking about committing a crime, but I want to be very clear, that it would mean a lot to people in this thread.

I don't think that would work. And, the person that you trick into breaking the street date could get fired.

If a man was to steal a ps4 to play his games, that it okay in the eyes of the lord. But stealing a pro to play his games in 4k would be a sin.
It's only stealing if you leave the store. I say you just move into Walmart & hook the PS4 Pro up to their best 4K TV & live there until the PS4 Pro is available to buy.

I felt bad enough playing as a customer who is confused about the street date.
It was so luxuriously heavy. I was awkwardly lifting one side of the box after the lady crushed me. It wasn't meant to be.

Got an email from Amazon UK telling me that because I ordered a Pro I can get cheap copies of Dishonored 2 and COD and a free copy of The Last of Us... with no way of redeeming TLOU... Especially since Amazon itself doesn't sell TLOU for PS4. Very odd, talking to their customer service now.

Careful with that, i paid my psvr off with a combo of cc and gift cards back in April...got the release day confirmation in July and they screwed my release day delivery, double check with chat yours ain't fkd up!

Where do you live? I've never had any luck with stores with breaking street dates. They are usually well informed here about release dates etc.^^

I mentioned it earlier, but as someone who works full time in the Electronics department at one of WalMart's biggest competitors, there is a 99.8% chance of failure. The employee isn't going to sell it, especially when its a highly sought out device with a date for sale in their inventory system...
Also, any PS4 Pro's that were on the sale floor in the case were likely removed and placed back in the stock room. I'm not looking to crush dreams or be mean, because I want one just as much as you guys...but lets be real here. We will all have to wait until November 10th.

- until now it's very quiet
- the physical power/eject buttons are strange, it's some sort of flexible plastic that bends when you press it
- Titanfall in 4K (or checkerboard whatever) and hdr looks really nice!
- my psn download speeds are terrible
Right now I'm loading infinite/modern warfare and ratchet, guess I will start downloading uncharted later.
Depending how long it takes I will post some more impressions later or tomorrow morning

I recommend taking comparison screenshots of games in the 4K and 1080p modes! That'd be the best thing you could start doing game wise if you don't have a capture setup! Looking forward to your impressions!
