Wonder if that shows no one actively looks at many of these games for verification. Outside of the big ones, it's almost like its just an automated system.

Every small devs and their mother are debating on jumping ship and going for UE5 or something else. I hope this doesn't stick and become a new standard because I'm pretty sure this violates the EU's GDPR and will be a bitch to implement with all the loopholes for the word "install".
