For me at least the list is pretty limited. Another dip into FF7 Rebirth but honestly most of these already look and have a better overall exp on PC (imo).

I will try out some Resident Evil, see if there is any benefit to the VR modes these have.

Yeah the other list has a lot more games on it in the other thread but I assumed people would be more interested in what's coming with launch

Likely wont be updating the other thread any longer

I am very puzzled with the inclusion of Black Ops 6 this late in the game. This should have been a major selling point for the PS5 Pro from day one with demonstrations and so on. I know Microsoft now owns Activision, but if they allowed the creation of a PS5 Pro Enhanced version, it would seem weird for them to not allow Sony to promote it until now.

This is my list of some of the best looking games this gen. Avatar is not there but it already has DRS so it should just work without the patch.

I'd like to see Demon's Souls with all the bells and whistles, but not enough to spend 700 on it. Looking forward to GAF impressions about it though.

R&C Rift Apart and TLOUP1 are both available on PS+, and since I still don't have the disc drive and any PS5 digital game, these are the first 2 games I'm going to play on PS5 Pro (after Astro's Playroom of course).

Apex Legends?

lol, what exactly are they doing to support the pro? the base PS5 has a lot of trouble running the 120fps mode... so all I can think of is actually getting that mode to 120fps instead of the 90~100 fps it mostly runs at, while the dynamic resolution drops to PS4 levels, which wouldn't really need a patch. unless games can't fully take advantage of the GPU without a patch of course, similar to how the PS4 Pro worked.

Arma Reforger is on there.
Is that coming out on the 7th? There's not even a page for this on the store yet and no release date had been announced.

Good to see they took care of their first party titles, which was to be expected. Elden Ring would benefit greatly, Sony should shell out some cash for a patch.

Edit: Just noticed GT7 absence, weird move. I'm sure it will come in time.

They could've and in my opinion should've released at least one exclusive this fall to just to boost interest in pro release, meanwhile games getting pro support is a good thing personally to me it isn't big enough motivation to go and buy one.

It's a pretty solid list, there's no way to denied that.

The one's I'm missing on playing I'll just play them on PC thought.

Its nice to see this list. I think FF16 and CyberPunk 2077 would be nice to have in the coming months. NBA 2K and Madden are a surprise. Digital Foundry is going to be busy.
