Lizard squad on Twitter has been claiming credit on the ddos attacks. They've tweeted out gifs supporting ISIS and he tweeted out to American airlines that there was a bomb on the plane of which gif you quoted. It was John Smedley Sony online.
Lizard squad twitter has now been deleted and someone named @FamedGod's twitter is taking credit saying xbox is next
