PSP FW 5.50 details (subfolders, internet search and stuff)

...the fuck. It took them 4 years to give us a single subfolder?

And it does just that. No copy between folders and stuff. No create folder option either. You can simply go one level deeper and that's it.

Information Bar ("Board" actually) is actually presented as your usual RSS feed icon. Every entry is a link to the corresponding news on the official web site. Problem is it doesn't work. Whatever I select I get to a page notifying me I need to update to the latest FW. I'm pretty sure I did :lol

I tried italian and uk. no luck.

Edit: Just noticed there is a "Don't ask again" link on that page. I clicked on it and it's all good now.

I just updated.

System Software License Agreement for the PSP has been updated as of April 14th 2009 but I'm not sure what the differences are.

"6. NOTICE FOR US CONSUMERS

The System Software contains additional software to facilitate access to the T-Mobile USA Inc. ("T-Mobile") wireless LAN service ("TMHS Service")...."

Is that new?

No, PSP owners have been able to use T-Mo hotspots for a while I think, if that is what this is talking about.

Maybe they're reinvigorating that for the PSP-4000 or something (since DL only is pretty much set in stone for that hardware at this point).
