Does anyone know where I can place a pre-order for the Japanese PSP? I plan to buy one but have noticed that most of the import sites don't have it available to pre-order anymore. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

That's because they aren't shipping enough to fill pre-orders, and it ships this weekend.

I'm afraid you'll have to wait with the rest of us who don't want to stand in line all weekend.

Most sites have closed them down and won't be reopening until they can fill all of the pre-orders that they currently have. You missed the boat, but its not all bad, because you probably wouldn't have gotten one until January anyway, preordering this late.

I pre-ordered about a week after the launch date was announced. Somehow, I have a bad feeling I'll be waiting about a week or two before I see my PSP. =(
