PSP Vs DS: Major 3rd party support

And if Apple designed it, well, conclusions are obvious. I'd imagine it having a similar form-factor to the SP, only with a strong fuse of the Apple design ethic.

Scroll wheel games.

T3h innovative!

Seriously, an iPod and DS/GBA merged into one another would be fucking awesome.

Hopefully in the future they canp redesign the system, because right now, I feel its too bulky.
.

They are already doing that. But I dont see how they can really shrink it that much further unless:

Behold DS2!

yeah cause Sega released FTM with the DS launch as oppose to having no PSP launch titles, and the only Sega PSP game is an inferior version of Puyo Pop, funny way of showing that they favor the PSP :lol
Hey, they've got more PSP stuff in the works. That simple. I like how context suddenly comes into play in your arguments though. ;)

So, should we leverage the same observations when looking at Namco, Konami or Koei's DS and PSP software? Maybe examine which games went where in an effort to understand why these PSP games are magically selling better despite half the userbase? Could it be because they're Ridge Racer, Metal Gear Solid and Dynasty Warriors rather than Mr Driller, Prince of Tennis or Mahjong Takai?

except when it comes to sales
Looking strictly at sales, multiplatform games sell better on DS. End of story.

Of course, I wouldn't be so naive as say that's strictly the case, other factors clearly come into play. Nor would I be so naive as to say 3rd party games strictly sell better on PSP... would you?

Hey, Breakout on the iPod is *AWESOME*!!!

(I agree, a scrollwheel would be cool, like they had in oldskool arcade games like Tempest... plus it would be useful in RPGs or something for scrolling through menues)
