Wait for the next gen Nokia phone. I'm serious. I'm amazed they even made the N-Gage. How did that even happen? :lol

Use some common sense by looking at the software available with future lineups and make up your own damn mind. :D

DS: Map Screen
vs.
PSP: Portable Hentai
vs.
DS: Touching
vs.
PSP: Nubbing
vs.
DS: Dual Screen
vs.
PSP: Huge ass screen
vs.
DS: 2D
vs.
PSP: 3D
vs.
DS: Clamshell
vs.
PSP: Cases

But really:
DS: Games
vs.
PSP: Games

is all that matters.

DS NOT!

PSP All the way!

Seriously..if you had a choice of the two sitting in front of you..you'd be an idiot not to pick the PSP Over DS

Neither. Wait till something comes out that you really want to buy the system for. Maybe a price drop will happen when you see something you have to have.

just look at it.....

:D

With all due respect, if your decision on purchasing an expensive item like a DS or PSP is going to be swayed by phrase-long arguments, you're just dumb.

And, oh yeah, this thread is doomed. Carry on.

Personally, I'm of the opinion that the DS' upcoming software lineup is better on paper... but the PSP hardware seems to be far superior (not just in terms of power, of course) and I'm more convinced of its long-term success.

Take all of that intellectual power used to create amazing threads like this one and put it towards obtaining a temporary extra job. Then you can buy both and have little tea parties with them. Win-win!

How about you ignore all the idiots showing their biases either way in this thread (that's not all of you, just the idiots), and buy whichever one has more games you want. Then buy the other when it's cheaper.

Yep. I've got the DS, and aside from the expected post-launch drought, I'm very happy with it. I'll be getting a PSP too, once it hits.

The answer is simple.

Which sounds more appealing to you?

Playing

1) Animal Crossing
2) Advance Wars
3) Mario Kart
4) Mario 64
5) Another Code
6) Castlevania
7) Wario Ware
8) Meteos
9) Final Fantasy 3
10) Yoshi's Touch and Go

plus all the great GBA franchises like Fire Emblem, Metroid, and Golden Sun.

or (tryin not to name too many racers, the PSP has so many)

1) Gran Turismo 4
2) Mercury
3) Lumines
4) Grand Theft Auto
5) Ridge Racer
6) Tales of Eternia
7) Hot Shots Golf
8) Darkstalker's Chronicle
9) Metal Gear Acid
10) Wipeout Pure

plus the ability to play media (pictures, music and movies) from your own PC as well as UMD movies.

Each has wireless multiplayer and great potential for online play depending on how the companies choose to embrace such things.

PSP has awesome graphics. The DS has a touch screen. PSP plays media. DS plays GBA games.

The choice is yours.

The orifice test.

I'd bend down and shit on a DS.

But PSP...I'll whip my dick out and smear it loveling on that sexy, hot widescreen display.

If I could only ever choose one, I'd sadly have to go with DS for Castlevania. I expect that there will be more good games for PSP, but I can't deny the possibility of the second coming of SotN.

DS - Scum
PSP - cum

I have both and both are in a drought right now while I watch movies on PSP and play half life 2

I think you said it yourself. 'Possiblity'. The same producer has had 3 attempts to reproduce SotN. And all we've got is lightweight flimsy photocopies of the great title. I just hope the 3D capabilities of PSP don't brainwash Konami into making shitfest 3D versions like they have on PS2 & N64.

Aria of Sorrow and Circle of the Moon f-cking owned. And, to my knowledge, Iga had nothing to do with CotM.
