Haven't done this in a while. Information at bottom of post... Hopefully you use an extension to shrink down larger images since Minus makes thumbnails that are way too small and I don't use Flickr anymore.
Top image is the desktop. OS X Lion. The Dock is hidden for the first time ever in my years of using OS X.
As usual, the information is a combination of GeekTool and a proprietary Bowtie Bowlet.
The icons are created by me from a neat drawing by the same person who did that awesome scary Minecraft image. This is his cute version of MineCraft. I cannot give the icons away as I did not make the image. I can link you to the image and you can use the Developer tools and Icon Composer and PhotoShop to create your own.

The bottom image is a GeekTool overlay I created for Lion Fullscreen apps. When in fullscreen apps, it's hard to see the time. But I love Lion Fullscreen so much so I compromised. When I press four fingers down on my trackpad it runs an AppleScript that tells GeekTool to show the Clock group and calls a second AppleScript in the background that delays for 3 seconds and then tells GeekTool to hide it. Best part is it doesn't get in the way. I can still click stuff behind it.
