I only know the FIGHT THE FAN hotkey. It's the same as THROW BEER AT RON ARTEST hotkey.

I still have not found an answer

only that for some people the d-pad controls play calling but for some it controls time outs, tech fouls and intentional fouls

If it's like other years version you have to go to the playcall menue in defense and there should be an intentional foul play that you can set up.

i finally got it to work...

apparentally the playcalling button != calling offense and defense plays but timeouts and fouls

WTF
