I helped my brother with a Flava Flav outfit. Get a big clock, some string, around your neck. Get some cardboard, a bowl, make cardboard horns and tape them to the bowl. Then cover it in aluminum foil. Get some Rayban-esque glasses and you're set.

For mine, I got a white bathrobe, then a FedEx box. Ta-da! FedEx Pope! Additionally, the ladies adore it. With their vaginas.
