I tried Quizno's for the first time today...chipotle barbecue turkey. Ugh.

I mean, it tasted alright, but the toasting process lost something in the translation, I think. In inclusion to the high prices, I just can't like this place. Subway is cheaper, has better subs, and is closer to home!

Screw Quizno's!

Welcome to my world. My work orders it every tuesday. Suffice to say, anything is better than quiznos at this point.

It's fine for the first half of the sandwich, but the second half just feels heavy, and doesn't taste as good.

That's what I think, anyways.

I'll fight you for my honor! Meet me at the Quizno's at Kent State for a sandwich eating contest!

Let me apologize in advance for being late. I will have just been finishing up robbing and bombing the local Subways. :)

Also: Quizno's doesn't make meatball subs. What the hell?

Yes they do, that's the sub I order 80% of the time

Here

Meatball
Meatballs, mozzarella, marinara, sautéed green peppers, sautéed onions,

They don't sell it at the local locations. :p

Damn, I've been dying to have a seafood crab Subway style sandwich for a long time now though, do they still make em?

Toasted sub >>>>> untoasted sub

Subway isn't bad, though. Just had a Quiznos open up here so I tried it out for the first time about a week ago. Philly Cheesesteak sub yummy much better than the Subway Cheesesteak.

What program do you use to photoshop a picture?
Althought its true subway is better, I hate them both. Yesterday I found a strand of human hair approx. 5" long. It was embeded inside the parmesian oregano bread. Them sick fucks prolly dropped the bread and reused it. I still ate it though

Does subway have a traditional Italian sandwich? No? LOSERS.

I do like Subway though. But their shit seems bland and generic compared to Quizno's. However, Togo's owns them all.

They do at my subways. That is a kickass sandwich, but be careful with the seafood and crab sub, you have to make sure you are going to a good subway. Quality can vary a lot between fast food restaurants in different locations.

Subway was great when they cut the buns like a trench, now they cut them horizontally like everywhere else. I want the stuff to STAY inside, thanks.

I agree Quizno's is a bit pricey, but Subway is crappy (at least around here). Mr. Goodcents is 100X better than subway for that style of sub.

All the Blimpies went out of business in this area.

Isn't the Italian B.M.T. close enough?

Ironically, although I don't often eat the "traditional Italian" sandwiches at sandwich shops (odd for an Italian like myself, I suppose), I just happened to order a Quizno's Classic Italian for lunch today. :)

Perhaps in some bizarro world Subway beats out Quiznos, but here in our reality - Quiznos wins pretty easily. Blimpie and Subway are pretty much at the same level according to my stomach, those I generally tip my hat to Blimpie when given the choice.

Blimpie > Quizno's >>>>> Subway

I have read things written by French people, in french. Therefore my opinion is more correct than most other folks.

Yeah! That's what I'm talking about. The Classic Italian at Quizno's is great. Though I prefer the equivalent at Togo's just a little better.

So what's this Italian B.M.T. you speak of? I honestly haven't ever bothered to order that at Subway, so I might have to retract my statements towards Subway. :)

Quizno's makes the better meatball sub.

Subway's BMT is god.

But a local shop's cajun turkey is amazing too.

It's like the Fable of sandwich choices!

quizno's is better for nothing else than the fact that they're not hounding you on every single ingredient you want on the effin' sandwich. when I order something on the menu and don't follow it up with my personal sandwich preferences, please just naturally assume I know what you're doing and won't get mad.

I choose Penn Station

once, when I got the release date for Oni mixed up, I was so upset that I got the biggest Philly cheese steak at Penn and went home to watch Ghost in the Shell.

Did that story help?

Get the Classic Italian from Quiznos, and make sure you get the spicy mustard... they hoarde the packets behind the counter, so you have to ask.

Then use the spicy mustard on the Classic Italian sandwich.

Edit - Anyone in Seattle had SUBS in the U-district (50th and University Way)? TASTE SENSATION.

While i love subway, i was alerted to the fact that they freeze their leftovers, and even though i should of known this it has turned me off a bit.

I don't mean to alarm you but you have dogs on your face
Subway is great. What can be better than paying 3 bucks for a sub with a microscopicly thin layer of meat and 2 week old lettuce?
