Someone had a BBA 9800 pro for like 170 a couple weeks ago. I bought my 9800 pro 5 months ago for $210. Price hasn't really dropped that much.

You're right it hasn't. I bought a Sapphire 9800 Pro 4 months ago for $199. It's like $198 at newegg now.

What's really suprising is that 9800 XTs are still like $400, when you can get a X800 Pro or Geforce 6800 GT for the same price.
