"Chocolate Biscuit" is the pet name I've given to my butt cheeks and anus.
(will I ever outgrow potty humor?)
Of course! It's so much cooler! s/It could be false memory, but I feel like there are significantly more young people who vape today than there were young smokers back in late90s/early00s.
Tried googling it but couldn't find anything.
Anecdotally, I agree. It could be false memory, but I feel like there are significantly more young people who vape today than there were young smokers back in 90s/00s.
Tried googling it but couldn't find anything (because I'm an idiot).
Perhaps that's a good thing. It's not carcinogenic like cigarettes, right? Or is it?It could be false memory, but I feel like there are significantly more young people who vape today than there were young smokers back in 90s/00s.

I believe so, but I'm mainly wondering about percentages of young smokers now vs 20 years ago (whether it was cigs or e-cigs).Perhaps that's a good thing. It's not carcinogenic like cigarettes, right? Or is it?
Not surprised there's smoking out in the open because a lot (or maybe even most) of folks probably react similar to the way I did -- "well, at least they're not smoking real cigarettes." But probably in 20 or so years (maybe less) we'll all come to learn that this stuff's got all kinds of chemicals toxic to the body in other ways. Might see yet another increase in mental issues. Who knows...I believe so, but I'm mainly wondering about percentages of young smokers now vs 20 years ago (whether it was cigs or e-cigs).
It's almost like there is an epidemic of youth smoking. I even see teens vaping out in the open.
But yeah, at least they're not smoking old fashioned cigs.
No.You ever feel down on Sunday afternoon because you know you have to work the next day? Oof
Every Sunday since kindergarten. You ever feel down on Sunday afternoon because you know you have to work the next day? Oof
I've not tried this or even heard of it. But songs sound much faster if I hear them right after waking up. So maybe it has something to do with the amount of focus/brain processing you're assigning to it.You know how you can make your brain trick itself that a song is playing slightly faster or slower? Like you would hear the tempo somewhat change (a very tiny change)?
What is this phenomena called?

I reminded me of this a bitYou know how you can make your brain trick itself that a song is playing slightly faster or slower? Like you would hear the tempo somewhat change (a very tiny change)?

That’s an interesting read. But the effect is not intended by the artist, it’s all me.An Auditory Illusion of Infinite Tempo Change Based on Multiple Temporal Levels - PMC
Humans and a few select insect and reptile species synchronise inter-individual behaviour without any time lag by predicting the time of future events rather than reacting to them. This is evident in music performance, dance, and drill. Although ...www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
Maybe subjective rhythmisation?
Is the effect intended by the artist or just something that happens due to outside factors?
Yeah, perhaps. I don't experience this with music as you describe. I am aware of how the artist may intend for the effect. I absolutely believe it could happen and could be tied to migraines. That’s an interesting read. But the effect is not intended by the artist, it’s all me.
I get mild migraine auras occasionally, so I wonder if that same part of the brain has something to do with this.

2 liters a day. Should probably drink more.Staying hydrated?
Were you arguing again?I think that i just broke the little finger in my hand...
Yeah, there was this 100kg box that wasn't ok with being placed in a tight space inside my van and i had to force my hand...literally.Were you arguing again?
You could have tried to lift it instead of talking to it.Yeah, there was this 100kg box that wasn't ok with being placed in a tight space inside my van and i had to force my hand...literally.
Never said that i was talking to it.You could have tried to lift it instead of talking to it.
I'm just messing with you while poking fun at stereotypes. Have a laugh, after all you seem to be a funny guy. I hope your finger isn't broken! Nobody would understand you anymore.Never said that i was talking to it.
Lol imagine thinking that i was serious with an answer like that...I'm just messing with you while poking fun at stereotypes. Have a laugh, after all you seem to be a funny guy. I hope your finger isn't broken! Nobody would understand you anymore.
There is this awful horrible smell in my house...like so bad I want to be sick and I'm getting a sore head. It's one of the most vile smells I've ever smelled!
I thought it was maybe my breath I just woke up and I know I can get bad breath but it's not that. I cupped my hands over my mouth and nose but my breath is fine. I used some mouth wash but it's still there. I pulled my bed covers over my head which helped block it out so it ain't me that stinks. The smell wasn't here when I was going to sleep. It woke me up.
I've opened my bedroom window to get some fresh air in and I've put some menthol rub on my nostrils but I could still smell it! That was about half an hour ago but now it seems to be going away thank fuck!
It's not like a shitty disgusting smell like poop, body odour, feet, etc. At first I thought bleach but I like bleach smells! It's definitely a chemical smell and it's kind of "sweet". I know it sounds strange but it also reminds me of death. When someone in my family died, after the funeral I had a similar smell I couldn't get rid of. What keeps coming to my mind when trying to describe it is dying flowers.
