After many viewings my only gripe is with Costner's performance.

It's funny how every time I see videos or streamers of people creating characters ingame and it has a boob slider, they're always too embarrassed to turn it to max lmao.
They're always like looking at stream chat and look uncomfortable like they're being judged and they either lower them a bit bellow 50% to 40 or 30 or leave it at 50% and if they up it they never go beyond 70%.

Like my brother in christ, just put it to max we know you want to.
Again it goes back to the whole weird safe horny thing, if it's a butt slider or muscles they just max it out and maybe joke about it.
But when it's boobs it's like '' please don't judge me guys look I made them average/ bellow average '' even when they explicitly label it a sexy character xD.

Even in videos where people are showcasing character creators as a preview they're too scared to push it up to max and if they do they do it very quickly then turn it back down again but with every other slider they mess around with fully.

Just call them 'vanias or Vanias. The beautiful part of video games is how many of the legendary games are inspired by other legendary games. Gaming enjoys a rich DNA spread throughout its history. i remember many years ago thinking xC (celsius) was warm enough. i won't specify the exact temperature because no doubt American's will come in like "LOL you think that's bad? in our summer/winter we get xF!"

i've been trying to cope with pain with painkillers.

switched to anti inflammatory and holy shit. i've taken them before but been suffering recently. bought some more today and what a relief. don't feel doped up but the pain is gone.

my arm/wrist was so painful this week i could hardly move it. i couldn't lift/grip anything with my left hand. it's been so bad i eventually decided to refer myself to physiotherapy.

i'm not old but my body is getting worse with pain. my arm, hip, and knees are fucked but right now i feel literally 10 years younger.

The Dead Internet Reality is getting me down. I like reading people's comments online to get a feel for different perspectives and consensus. One of the reasons GAF is great.

But on Twitter especially, the top comments are often AI slop. They blandly summarize in corporate milquetoast language what anyone with two brain cells who viewed the OP already knows, and add a wet-fart "insight". Examples:

Then you have the other flavor of AI comments that aren't even accurate, probably because they're scraping other inaccurate bots for context.

Then a third flavor, the low-effort "100%!", laugh emojis, "wtf", etc.

And I've seen that sort of AI-coded language seap into (apparently) real people's writing style here on GAF. "It's not just X, it's Y" is especially noticeable.

i'm so happy i ditched social media. this place is really the only place i post online now. fuck facebook, x, instagram, etc.
