It's not just games. If you look around, it's most other media, too. Movies, music, TV shows, books -- they have all experienced a degradation in quality over the past couple of decades.

That's not to say there aren't still good games out there. Sure there are. But I agree that there's been a decline in quality (creativity/fun/immersion) on average, overall.

Yea hardware is a rough spot atm. But I also see the brightside. The $50 price point games breaking through (E33, Mafia, Hell Is Us), and F2P games that are worth playing (Where WInds Meet), and some quality VR titles still trickling out (Metro, Daredevil).

Eastern devs and a lot of indie devs are still delivering. Hopefully Sony and others are pulling away from GaaS, at least most of the effort.

Not to get all "acthually" on you but Hell is Us is and has been $60 bro. Which is still better than normal.

It's also on sale now on PSN for $42! :messenger_grinning_smiling: ...and it's awesome
