Orgasmic 4K particle fest boogaloo.
CAN'T WAIT

It looks so smooth and pristine, the YT compression algorithm doesn't do it justice.
Also that RT haha. So cool to see in a console game.

Craig of War Craig of War I believe it's 30fps. Maybe it has a performance mode idk.

if anything is true, some studios are way above the average, sony has a lot of them, and this people are working on a lot of things at the same time

Very clean, loads of depth with the background shit going on

Looks great to me, and not current gen, like being stated.

For a RnC game, cant really ask for more

Launch window? Fuckin' hell yeah.

After that compressed stream this looks 10x times better thank God. Honestly, this looks like Ratchet and Clank PS4 but more.
I don't expect major gameplay innovations but graphically and as a PS5 demo this early launch title is a sure hit. Can't wait.

And armor falling off enemies? Nice touch.

I was working during but was glancing periodically. Did I miss something or was this the exact same footage we've already seen?

Looks fun as fuck, really like how they described the haptic feedback implementation, seems like far more than just a gimmick.

I thought this was a late 2021 title, surprised to hear it's launch window. Looks pretty far along but you have to wonder why they showed the same footage as before if it's close to completion..

Very impressive. Surprised it might be coming sooner rather than later. Insomniac's on a role these past few years. Had to ignore the IGN chat during the (choppy...seriously IGN needs to fix up their streaming setup) demo, got pretty toxic with the usual bullocks.

Man that looks so good. I loved the PS4 game, and I would buy a PS5 just to play this. The near instantaneous traversal between the huge worlds looks crazy.

Not everything has to have blood and guts bro!

I'm not talking about aesthetics or art direction. I'm talking in terms of gameplay design. These Ratchet and Clank games are extremely simplistic in design, and really target a younger demographic just coming to grips with dual analogue controls. I'm looking for something with more meat on the bones.

Came to see a game video, saw a game video! Looks just as good as it did in the first time. Would have liekd to see nea areas, but then I also want as much of a novel experience as possible when playing.

Watched it on the 4K TV just now and it looks really good. The reflections on Clank, the bad guy, the floors, ect are all such a nice touch.

I just played the 2016 PS4 Ratchet game like a month ago and it was so much fun. It also looked really nice in places, but this is a whole different level.

Uh yeah, none of this is true. Between all of the weapon upgrades and the skill (platforming, combat) it takes to actually finish the game, it is HARDLY a "learn to use dual sticks" game.

Where do you come up with this stuff? It's bordering on straight up lying to try and force a narrative. The Ratchet games take skill and are great fun to play. This game is going to be very popular.

I love this series and my brother grew up on it.

Now my son loves the series, so I am really happy they are still making it with such love and care.

I'm actually excited, the amount of visual chaos it can do is great, love the level of destructibility, too. Mastering hopping around an arena via rifts will probably be very fun, I'm expecting the game to be less cinematic than this, or at least paced more properly with more player choice and big arenas with less scripted beats separating such action.
