You can agree with it, disagree with it, or fall somewhere in between, it ultimately doesn’t affect me personally.

When I got of off my strong sleeping meds that's actually exactly what I used to means to sleep.

As well as tropical forest/waterfall/rain 10 hours vids. Helped me very much in that transition phase.

Also during the afternoon or morning as a background.

Now I'm using earplugs and a self made technique to fall asleep relatively quickly.

Always liked the documentary style videos of Lemmino on Youtube. Especially the more recent ones are worth a watch. Very well made when it comes to style and pacing of the subject.
