It's been a long time so you can't blame me for forgetting the song, though I find it odd I forgot like 90% of it since it's not even 60 seconds iirc.

But anyway this was back when schools, some schools, in some states, still cared about making sure that kids were educated and not treating school as a indoctrination center. Good times. It was not only at schools but on TV on one of those educational kids channels.

I watched all that stuff, along with Bob Ross, I think even Julia Child had a cooking show, and that Louisiana creole cooking show.

PBS right?

Sometimes I miss analogue TV and being forced to watch things because you had no choice.

Reading Rainbow, Magic School Bus and Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego, all on PBS. Such great shows to watch as a kid.

Helped me learn a lot of English when I was first starting life in the States as an 8-year-old.

Yeah they used to show it to us in school and you'd catch some eps airing mid-day during the Summer and shit.

Even though I love TNG I still associate LeVar Burton with this show more than anything else he's done.
