I just watched the DVDs twice in the last two weeks...it's just that good. Tobias joins the Blue Man group tonight! Oh sweet sweet nectar, give us Arrested Development.

I always thought Arrested Development was pretty entertaining, but not really funny at all. I pretty rarely find myself laughing at it, except when they go to real comic extremes (like the "blind" Julia Louis-Dreyfus character). SportsNight was the cooler good-but-not-funny show, and Scrubs is the best "actually funny" show

That's great to hear....especially since if you know the characters, and their history, it's much more enjoyable. Hopefully this season it will get the ratings to go along with the undeniable quality.

This was my first episode as well, and I rather enjoyed it. Seemed pretty accessible, I got into it pretty quick. Pretty funny show, so I added the season one discs to my Netflix queue. I'll catch up when I get the chance.

I wonder if we'll see more of Ed Helms or if that was just a real brief spot.

If you've seen episodes from the first season, he does stuff like that all the time. Just taking money and do a magic trick, but still keep the money. So hilarious.

The way the coins just spilled out and the absurdity of the trick.

Must have been the latter, as they tried not to show his face. I don't think the audio was lifted, merely some guy doing an impersonation.

Loved the episode. One of their best ones yet. I downloaded it off suprnova and was wondering if anyone else was having the same problem as me. Whenever I download files encoded by this group hdtv.lol, the framerate is kind of choppy. It wasn't always this way. I think I've downloaded all the codecs I need. Is this just a sloppy encoding job? Thanks in advance.

What sucks is LOL cut off the ending to the first episode. Typically groups will not include the teaser to the next episode, but the thing with Arrested Development, the teaser isn't about next week, it's a part of this weeks episode. I had to go to Tivo to find out what I missed.
