The 5060 is NOT a high end card because it beats the GTX780.
What the stack is/was is how that card will be described.

The RTX 3070 was rivalling and/or beating the RTX 2080Ti.......no one called the RTX 3070 an enthusiast or high end card, because thats NOT where it was in the stack

Perhaps this has already been announced... but is there going to be a PSVR2 version coming? That would then mean PS5 is my preferred platform. Otherwise, I'll buy it for PC for my RTX3080, then on sale someday for the Switch 2.

There is a bigger problem with this game.
Grace plays like re7, but with toned down weapons (2 pistols and 1 unlockable smg lol). Leon on the other hand has it all.
So grace more reluctant, leon more zombie molester.

Sell that crap and buy a ps5 pro. All necessary features with solid 60fps.

That baffles me that even a PS5 Pro can't do Path Tracing. I mean really? Atempt failed imo.
I just hope PS6 will be different and more powerful.

Is it really baffling?. I saw a benchmark vid earlier and the 5090 was averaging 30fps with path tracing. The 5080 was like 20fps. I mean sure that was at native 4k with max setings but still.
Devs are not magicians when it comes to console power.

PT is extremely heavy in this game (like other games) and literally halves the frame rate on a 5090 compared to RT, despite being optimized for Nvidia. There is no chance of it hitting even 30 fps on the pro at 1080p internal res, so it's just not viable for the incremental benefit over RT. With RDNA 5 advancements, which should bring AMD on par (or slightly exceed) 50 series in terms of RT performance, I fully expect a game like this to pull off PT with PSSR at 60 fps on PS6. Or at least 48 fps with VRR

None of them really have. You want real awesome souleating, mindfucking vibes? Play RE1R&RE0. Add CV on top of that and you're good to go.

I just find it hard to justify full price on short games these days. Maybe its just me.

Same. Castle was the best though. And Resi 4 is still the greatest of all time (the OG version on Gamecube).

It is a midranger in the stack so it is a mid range card.
The 1080Ti is slower than alot cards today, that doesnt suddenly make it a low end card.
It was and always will be a high end card because thats where it sat on the stack



The 1080 was a high end card just cuz new generations come out doesnt suddenly change history.
Itll always be listed as a high end card even if its slower than many modern cards.
Just like Supercars of yore are still called Supercars even if a modern Hot Hatch would absolutely wreck them.

The 5060 is a low end card.
