LOL! Yeah I still don't know what the 2 options were after the difficulty selection. Maybe it was to select the main game and Separate ways... or Mercenary mode. But yeah I spent like a half hour trying to figure out what was "inspect", "use", or "throw away."
All I know is that symbol that looks like a house = combine, the one that looks like the sun over a mountain = inspect, and that one little hook symbol = throw away. Use/equip is usually the first option on usable items.
No big deal in the long run though since I use to be able to play RE4 with my eyes practically closed.
