Perhaps with each game you buy, you get credits, and with those credits, you can choose a limited number of games. Would that be considered free games or not? I really don't think that Nintendo will just let people have access to all the games for free.

EDIT: I also wonder if they would consider making translations to old SNES roms or allow fan translations, how would that work? It would be an awesome thumbs up for fan translators.

Hmm, how would that work and not make Nintendo not look like liars when they said the games will be free?
