I remember Mrs. Doubtfire was one of my favourite movies growing up. Watching it again when I was older made me realize how some of the jokes weren't actually for little kids.

He was my favorite actor for a LONG time growing up. As a kid, I probably watched Hook more than a 100 times.

I'll miss you Robin :(

Even sesame street put out a statement, wow.

That beard looked so good on him.

My thoughts and prayers go to his family. Truly a great has passed.

My family members first response was "Was it drugs? I would not be surprised."; I almost punched him.

Just thinking about how much I grew up on Robin''s comedy, how much he made me laugh and the endless amusement his movies gave me...

Thank you Robin Williams, thank you for all the laughs.

Rest in peace.

Oh, no. No! Fuck! I was hoping this wasn't true. Comedians can be really fucked up people though. Look at what happened to Richard Jeni a few years back. RIP to a great actor, Zelda fan, and a very funny guy. Thanks for the memories. My heart goes to his family.

To Allah we belong and to Allah we shall return. RIP Robin Williams man was a big part of my childhood Aladdin, Jumanji, Flubber and to think I was watching Good Will Hunting about a month ago.
His range is what makes him amazing. Stuff for kids, like Jumanji and Aladdin? Extreme energy adult comedy like his old stand up? That's normal comedian stuff... but to be able to put out stuff like Good Will Hunting after? He was a really gifted actor.

The only comedian who I could compare him to would be Jim Carrey. And man will I be devastated when he finally passes away.

Wow. His death seems very "close". I mean it's like someone I knew personally has died.

Just saw the Whose line is it anyway? episode with him as a guest yesterday.

RIP

RIP Legend thank you for Jumanji, Aladdin, Dead Poets Society, Mrs. Doubtfire, Hook, One Hour Photo, Awakenings and Insomnia. Also thank you for your passion for videogames.

Damn, all the comedy greats are going. Next will be Cosby, I can feel it. :(

Such a sad day. He had a lot of questionable stuff that he was a part of, but that was all outweighed by so many amazing performances and cameos and guest appearances.

I simply cannot believe this. My favorite actor of all time. Spent hours on YouTube watching his live performance. Will be hard to watch night on the museum 3

The circle of the life

RIP Robin. You were an amazing person, actor, and always made me laugh through your films and stand up.

I can't believe this.

What's crazy is thinking about the movie What Dreams May Come, where his wife character committed suicide and he goes after her through Hell to find her.

Just weird irony.

I usually don't feel much when I hear a famous person has died. I think about it for a few minutes and say it's a shame or whatever, then I just carry on with my day...but this has really saddened me, he made me and my family laugh so much as a child. I would watch Mrs. Doubtfire every single weekend at my Grandma's.

:(
