So has anyone bought anything off RBN? Do the songs play the same in the game and are the selected through the same front end when playing?

I think it's a neat idea.. but talk about diluting the product. I'm confident that 98% of that stuff will never be bought by anyone but family and street team members for these bands..

Way to be a negative nancy. I've bought quite a few tracks so far, and there's many more in the pipe that I'll be picking up.

Naw, I still haven't really messed with it. I have Pandora because I keep forgetting to charge my Zune, Twitdroid, and Advanced Task Killer. That's about it.

I'm definitely not rooting it or anything because I don't care about cell phones that much.

Well I just bought it, it doesn't require rooting it, it gives you SEVEN home screens. its pretty f-in awesome. I like that google has a refund policy, so you can try paid apps and go into the app store and select refund within 24 hours. I suggest checking Open Home out, it has exceeded my expectations.

I would buy something if Hmx wasn't owned by M$

45 tracks and counting. Lots of great songs and bands I never heard of before. If you are the kind of person who only downloads stuff you've heard before then I can see it not being worth your time, but I love finding out about new music so it's great for me.

Oh cool, I'll check it out.

I just got in a rut. I knew I was going to return my first one so I didn't mess around with any of the apps/customization. My brain still hasn't comprehended that the new one is fine and I can start using it properly.

That refund policy is a great idea. I didn't know about that either.

It's all integrated and plays the same way regular DLC does. The community makes sure nothing gets through with any major issues.

I've bought probably 10 or so songs from it. Mostly stuff from bands I already knew but a couple from ones I didn't. Not all of the bands on there are unknowns (Flight of the Conchords, The Shins, Of Montreal, Billy Idol, Smashing Pumpkins, etc).

Keldon sez ~87k RBN songs have been sold in nearly three weeks, and the actual number is most likely higher.

Pumpkins are on there? I missed that.

Is there any way to 'View All' or something along those lines? I have only checked out RBN once and the best you could do was browse by letter which was cumbersome.

92 to 92 is downward?

Not that these games have anything to do with FFXIII's own review and merits.

Anyone else want to join in on this trolling session of games we haven't played?

Halo Reach sux

Archie admits to me on Steam he at least wants to try FF13. He's gotta keep his trolling FF13 gimmick ITT though.

RBN's Trial song feature is fantastic. Not the actual playing a portion of the song part, but the fact that I can use it to buy the actual song when I have points later is.

I'm only about an hour into Strange Journey and I already know I'm going to like it. The lack of music variety is...well, using MP3s was going to have its drawbacks, I suppose.

The black guy dies first
:lol (Real spoiler btw. I was laughing my ass off when that happened.)

Just bought Synthesized.

Bands returning from past games need to relize that $1 is the sweet spot for getting tons of sales. At $1 for that Amplitude song I didn't even think twice. Same for the nerd rock songs.

View by decade. It won't show all of them, but between 90's and 00's, you've got almost all.

Oh, and to be above poster, this is in no way diluting the product. That is, unless you think Live Arcade was diluted by Indie games.

We got our flooring completed this weekend and have finally gotten all the furniture and media back into their proper places. It looks fantastic! The rooms look much larger than they did before, which is odd because they have mostly the same amount of furniture as before. I won't add all the images here, but you can click the links if you're interested in what the updated parts of our house look like.
