That song's pretty awesome. My drummer friend says it's fun as hell, but I don't really drum, so I dunno.

However, the best part is bass. You play... bass! Not bass guitar, but actually bass, like a subwoofer!


Also, I played trumpet in 6th grade, but stopped because my music teacher was a complete dick and reprimanded me multiple times for keeping the beat with my heel instead of my toes. Jerk!

The last three or four actually had some laugh out loud moments (minus the billiards episode) which is something that show has never achieved IMO. I think the writers were struggling to figure out what kind of show it was, by this I mean if it should be a show with a strong continous narrative or more of a traditional sitcom. I also think they have a better idea about the characters now too, it seems like they are a lot more fleshed out.

That was certainly the worst episode by far but the rest aren't worth it either.

We watched that whole episode and neither of us so much as mildly chuckled. The only laughs came from talking about how hard every joke bombed.

The draw of Community is its meta-television references. Some are blatant obviously but others are pretty subtle. Its not the best show out there and AD was a hundred times better but I don't understand the Community hate at all. The episode that made fun of badass buddy cops was hilarious especially when Abed becomes the in-your-face black police chief.
