It is that repetitive pattern that gives me trouble for bass. I always mess up and I don't know if this happens to you, but whenever I mess up (whether it's guitar or bass), I always lose the rhythm of the song and it takes a little bit of time for me to get back on the groove of things. I really need to practice. I've only beaten GGAHT once on expert guitar and I've come close to beating it several times, but the end always kills me whenever I get past the zig zags of death. My fingers don't move quick enough. I gotta get better as an expert guitarist. I can beat the set list to both of the RB games on X guitar, but it's the solos that always give me trouble. I know the patterns, but my fingers don't move quick enough.

All of This by Shaimus is a really good song. You guys should pick it up if you haven't yet. The solo is hard for me (You'll see which part). I get like a 60%. :lol

All of This is awesome, took a few tries to 100% the solo. Hell all the Shaimus songs are fantastic.

In regards to your issues, just keep practicing. Take the zig zags into practice mode and play them a few times every time you play just to get your fingers used to it. I had issues with them when RB1 was out but it's pretty rare I even miss a note during them anymore.
