I didn't even know Kirsten Bell was in it till about half way through the movie. Like I said, I enjoyed it but the Star Wars references weren't very subtle. It was like "BAM! DARTH VADER! DIDN'T GET THAT, WELL HERE IT IS AGAIN: BAM! DARTH VADER!"

Completely overrated based on that rubbish veronica mars show. Shes one of those forum nerd chicks. Like that chick from that awful tv show on NBC that everybody has on their avatars now. The one with Chevy Chase.
 
I've never heard of her before Forgetting Sarah Marshall, so I guess I'm lucky in that regard. But I do know what you mean, since I keep getting that vibe from Christina Hendricks. Every time someone mentions someone hot, her picture is always posted first.

Eh ive barely watched Mad Men. Shes hot because shes a real woman not your typical skinny Paris Hilton lookalike that you see in Hollywood

Mind you, Christina Hendricks is probably not even in my persona top 5 anyways. Minka Kelly is probably number one in my book.

I would love to...but Im very sick, have been in bed all afternoon...if a band comes together I think I can stand up...then sit down and play.
 
I haven't read any Scott Pilgrim myself, but I'm willing to give Edgar Wright the benefit of the doubt, even if the only thing I'd ever saw from him was the Don't trailer from Grindhouse. Thankfully, Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz are awesome.
 
Speaking of Grindhouse we're getting Hobo With a Shotgun and Machete this year. So excited.

Plus if The Expendables is half as violent/good as Rambo it's gonna be a great year at the cinema.

Saw the Expendables trailer at Kick-Ass and the number of folks in the cast was impressive.

Scott Pilgrim seems to me like it's for 15 year olds. Or nerds who refer to everything as "the best thing ever!!!!"

Note I've never read it, just an impression.

Maybe nobody you want to work for is hiring, but I'm pretty sure that anyone can get a job, even if it is just a minimum-wage shit job. People just have standards.

one of my friends recently graduated from college with a bachelor's degree in business management.

He can't find work anywhere - sure he could have worked harder in school and tried to get an internship before graduating... anyway... he's unemployed and applied at Chick-Fil-A and Lowes... both of those places turned him away. I figure they don't want someone with a college degree... they want someone who will stay with them for more than 6 months.

costanza doesn't have a degree (that I know of). McDonald's should hire him.
 
Why work at fast food for minimum wage when people can collect unemployment and sit on their ass making more then they would at McDonalds?
 
Bleh, McDonalds is the one place I just couldn't bring myself to work at under any circumstances.

But aside from that I've been looking for other minimum-wage shit jobs, and there either aren't any or they have so many applications already that there's no chance I'm going to get in.
