I'd take any song off this CD.

That makes no sense to me... :lol

The RB2 Strat worked for the slower songs, but anything fast paced it the strum bar would constantly "miss". It wasn't until I hit Everlong and the thing broke entirely.

However, the rest of the guitar was perfect.

Seriously!

This week's DLC is pretty awesome...I'm definitely getting all the Rush songs and at least the Hot Hot Heat song if not more.

I had higher hopes for this week when I saw "tons of singles" but it's still pretty good. Probably buying quite a bit.

Similar to using My Iron Lung, this is not one of the best Sleater-Kinney songs to use, but its a step in the right direction.
My vote would have been for Entertain, dig me out or Jumpers. I would bet money that the next SK they use is All the Little Babies.
No need to nit pick though, a Sleater Kinney song was unexpected.

ALso, WOW @ Stone Roses

Now they just need to give me a Fugazi song (that will never happen) and I'll be pleased

Man, they should have put that Cult song out there back when GH Aerosmith dropped.

Still, that's around $13 outta me next week. I play the crap out of that Limelight cover.

I could seriously get used to having an Album per week + 3-6 songs on top of it. That's just fucking WIN right there, seriously, so many choices it's just an amazing job done by Harmonix. I'm stunned.

and considering we still have what, 6 more albums to be released? we can look forward to another two months of weeks like this, I'm so freaking stoked.

I almost wish they would mix up genre's every week so there's always something for everyone (a la one 'metal' song, one pop rock, one classic rock, one death metal song, etc), but I don't mind either way, they're doin great

It was so boring in GHA though. And so was Shoot The Runner in GH3. BAD CROSSOVER.

I'm somewhat more indifferent to that. Having similar genres every week allows potential for bundles, and savings.

I could too. I'm not sure if my wallet could, though.

We'd find a way.

:O the 20 free tracks could be ANYTHING now.
Oh yeah, this. The HHH song was on the leaked 60-song list, so...
2) Bad to the Bone (George Thorogood)
6) Dammit (Blink 182)
28) Alright Now (Free)
32) Holiday In Cambodia (Dead Kennedys)
41) Push It (Static-X)
51) Suffer (Bad Religion) [?]
58) Stop! (Against Me)
These could all easily be paid DLC now.

But whatever, this'll be the first album I buy in RB ever.

Ahh, I agree with the calibration test sucking hard. I never had RB 1 so I can't plug in my numbers. I keep doing the test but it never really feels exactly right. ARGGG.

Oh yeah, I agree. I was just saying that Harmonix could have prevented toolboxes like me from using that Cult song as the primary justification for picking up GH:A. :lol

"Good Feelings". The Sleater Kinney song you are all looking for is "Good Feelings".

But Rock And Roll Fun will be a blast.

Guys, just don't forget that the Rush album is late. We should have had it before.

Also, it stills make it a good week.

Yeah, issues of All Star Superman also came out consistently late too. Doesn't make them NOT the best comic book ever published. Schedule is irrelevant. If the charts suck, then we could complain but really, who cares if it's late?

yeah man, it's basically the only thing I ask for as a gift nowadays, but christmas is pretty far off, so I try to find sales on microsoft points or cutting out other game purchases, I don't know, for some reason RB songs are a tip priority for me. now that there's more too I can be more flexible with which I buy since I'm not as desperate for more as I used to be. I still get 95% of them though, unless they're like, staind.

edit: damn, I think I'm going to buy the Sleater Kinney song just because I'd rail each one of those chicks for sure

Rush only for me this week.

Glad to see a bunch of songs, though. That's good for everyone.
