I'm done. My relationship with HMX has officially ended today. Fuck every single person that works for that piece of shit company.

Wow, this is the most butt hurt statement I've ever read in this thread.

Really?

Blu_led is still annoyed HMX didn't release another three Beatles albums that would've sunk them to bankruptcy.
If I would have been able to play The White Album/MMT/a couple of singles, it would have been worth it.

just sign up for an sa account already
I've had one since 2003 and never posted but:

a) I forgot my password (and it was a ridiculously long string of numbers and letters since the forums were attacked a few years ago or something)
b) my old email address that I used to sign up was deleted so I can't recover it

They shouldn't have released the wrong albums first time round. White, Abbey and a bunch of singles would have been for the best.
So you wanted them to hold the perfect albums, and never release them? For what reason?

I think they shouldn't have done full albums at all id rather take a collection of 30 of the most popular singles when it comes to a band with as much A teir material as the beatles.

I find it almost impossible to break up AR, SP or RS. it just seems weird. But maybe that would have been better for the general public, not some Beatles enthusiast like me.

Oh right, somehow the mono mixes of the Beatles albums are also terrible. Excuse me while I find a facepalm picture that appropriately conveys my feelings towards that.

Mono + headphones = a lovely way to end your life.

Well, the mono mixes for everything prior to Revolver won't stab you in the brain like they do on the stereo version. There's a lot of really cool differences with Revolver, Sgt. Pepper and White Album that makes them quite noteworthy, as well as getting the mono mixes for the songs from Yellow Submarine for the first time ever. In addition to all of that, the packaging is incredible; super-accurate vinyl replica packaging for every album and a great booklet to help you on your way of re-discovering the albums.

I think listening to Gaga has completely fucked your brain up if you think mono does that to you.

Should I go try to hunt down that Mono box set? I bought the Stereo set last year, and I've been pretty satisfied with it. Are the mono mixes better?
Their music isnt that good that its worth buying the fucking set twice...
