I never even liked it on N64. I was hyped as shit and ended up driving around half the state trying to find a copy. I think I ended up in Bloomington after failing in Peoria.

I never played it MP so maybe that's where all the fond memories stem from.

I played the shit out of it when it came out, "re-making" it was a terrible idea from the begining. You can't go back, preserve your fond memories by not playing the remake. It's far to dated to play, trust me I've tried somewhat recently, cleaning up the graphics isn't enough to make me revisit it.

Cleaning up the framerate is worth it alone. Co-Op being played at 60 fps is going to be amazing.

Been playing it for the last 2 weeks and even with the shitty blurry graphics and awful framerate, the game in multiplayer is just a blast. So many options.
 
csb, Dave and myself pretty much made the thread into what it is today, for better or worse. It is a nice little sub community, but very cliquish. All of the trolling and OT discussion probably scares off a bunch of people.

I'll agree with that, haha. Half the reason I started posting stupid shit in here is because no one even seemed to recognize my existence. I couldn't tell if I was a worthless person or everyone had me on ignore lists. :lol

I just love the thread because it's a conglomeration of the gaf entity. I don't want to go talk about FF13 in the FF13 thread or admit how much I hate Bayonetta in its official thread. It's refreshing being able to express even an inkling of opinion without worrying about getting banned for trolling.

Cpt only posted twice in here (not sure about the old RB thread) and it was a ~ couple years ago. Should send our boy October over @ Pax to have a little chat with the hmx folks about their GAF community support :D

I usually don't read any of the posts actually pertaining to rock band. I think I don't care about it anymore, I play singstar more for christs sakes.

On a completely unrelated note the new trailer park boys movie is not very good.

When did I ever say I was going to buy those? And we haven't even seen the maps yet, but we already know there is one great one in Crash. Don't like Overgrown that much tbh. That thread is a cesspool though.
 
I got connections with HMXHenry and Sean. Name drop Gunstar from the radio show. They'll know them. Tell them your the crew i sent to force Ben Carr into charting ska. Its all a series of in-jokes.

Crash was great... in CoD4. With sentries and bladerunners and infinite noobtubers I'm not so sure it'll be fun in MW2. :/
 
All the GAF guys going to PAX will probably be hanging out with the HMX crew on RBN night, since half of us (two) are in the Creators Club. It should be fun times. Just 9 days until I fly out!
